Contour plots graphical representations were generated (Fig. 1). The results demonstrate that there was a significant as was evident from the Fisher’s F-test with a very low proba- bility value (F-value = 6.33). Values of ‘Probability > F’ (0.0007) indicate that the term of the model was significant. The Model F-value of 6.33 implies that the model was significant. There was only a 0.01% chance that a model F-value could occur be- cause of noise. The magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles were successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Cellulase was successfully immobi- lized on magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles and optimal conditions using RSM. The immobilized cellulase showed enhanced activity and good reusability.
