Table 3 Explanatory and Confirmatory factor analyses are used in the measurement model. The exploratory factor analysis allows identification of the measurement model while the confirmatory factor analysis allows the final measurement model evaluation (Kline 2005; Satorra 1993). The validity of the measurement instrument is also tested (content validity, scale dimensionality, reliability, divergent validity and convergent validity) (Amand and Ward 2004; Bagozzi and Yi 1988). Content validity is achieved using measures proposed and tested in previous research together with the expert opinion (pretest of the questionnaire). Scale dimensionality was assessed through exploratory factor analysis (standardised load values > .5). Reliability was tested using Cronbach’s alpha (> .7). Divergent validity is tested with the correlations matrix. Finally, confirmatory factor analysis permits test scale dimensionality and convergent validity (Hu and Bentler 1998). —_— ”| we ie, gol ot - g 1 a) ws 1 1 1
