This paper presents a language-independent method for recognizing textual entailment (RTE), which determines whether the meaning of one text fragment can be inferred from another. The approach incorporates complex grammar rules, lemmatization, and machine learning algorithms to enhance the accuracy of entailment classification across various applications within natural language processing, such as information retrieval and question answering.
