An Intra-Lutheran, Lakatosian Approach to World Religions
Abstract
How should Lutherans reflect theologically on world religions? Given the recent intensifying political situation in the Middle East and central Asia, given the theological and philosophical challenges of religious pluralism and fundamentalism, and given what seems to be a rising consciousness of religious activity and differences in the world, this is an important question. This paper will attempt to provide one approach to the question.
