Abstract

This paper discusses the design and implementation of a Service Generator Toolkit (SGT) that allows Web services researchers to easily create large numbers of Web services. When developing a Web services tool, such as a service broker, it is necessary to obtain a large collection of Web services for testing and benchmarking purposes.
