The paper presents a comprehensive analysis, design, and implementation of an e-Portfolio assessment system that deviates from traditional assessment methods. It outlines a three-view architectural model based on Unified Modeling Language (UML), including use case, logical, and implementation viewpoints. The system aims to enhance the evaluation of competencies while ensuring compliance with existing standards, addressing the challenges of integrating e-Portfolios into the assessment process.
