In this modern world, automation plays a vital role. It creates influences in the medical field. It reduces human work and provides more benefits for humans. Automation provides more accuracy than manual methods. The patient's health monitoring system is one of the automated systems to measure various health-related physical parameters of the patient. The medical field are growing by using IoT platforms. It helps to get information about the patient in a short period of time. The basic physical parameters to be measured are temperature, pressure, pulse rate, glucose level and oxygen level. Temperature is measured using the LM35 sensor (temperature sensor). A pressure sensor is used to monitor pressure (digital sphygmomanometer). Pulse rate is measured by a heartbeat sensor (LM358 OPAMP). Pulse oximetry is used to measure the oxygen content in haemoglobins. A glucometer is used to measure the blood glucose level. In this Node-MCU is used as a microcontroller. This Wi-Fi module helps us to send the measured physical parameters to the cloud and Google sheets. If there is any discrepancy in the measured value, an alert message (E-mail or SMS) will be sent to the doctor and to the patient's relative.

Health is one of the most important aspects of human life. Advancements in technology has paved ways for various techniques in health monitoring. Health Monitoring refers to continuous examination of the person's health related aspects for the purpose of treatment. Traditionally, healthcare professionals were required to be present near the patients for examination. Patients were required to stay at hospitals besides large biomedical instruments. Such systems are found to be inefficient. The proposed system focusses on the elimination of such problems using Internet of Things (IoT). Internet of Things is basically a proposed development of the internet in which everyday objects have network connectivity, allowing them to send and receive data. In this approach the patients play a major role in their diagnosis whereas the system acquires, records, displays, and transmits the data from the patient's body to the application and if required to health professionals/relatives. Hence quick provisional medication can be easily done by this system. This system is efficient with low power consumption capability, easy setup, high performance and time to time response.

In the recent development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, it has made all objects interconnected. We can say that IoT has been recognized as the next technical revolution. To quote few of the applications of Internet of Things, smart parking, smart home, smart city, smart environment in the industrial places and in the irrigation and health monitoring process. One among these applications is the healthcare sector in which the patient health parameters are monitored. Internet of Things can make the medical equipments more efficient by allowing the real time monitoring of patient health, where the specific sensors used, acquire data of the patient. Since this technology sense and transmit the patient health data digitally, so it reduces the manual intervention and thus human errors. In Internet of Things patient's parameters get transmitted through medical devices via a gateway, where it is stored and analyzed. The significant challenges in the implementation of Internet of Things for healthcare applications are monitoring all patients from various places. Thus Internet of Things in the medical field brings out the solution for an effective patient monitoring at lower cost and also reduces the trade-off between patient outcome and disease management. In this paper, emphasized on the design of the system for monitoring patient's heart pulse rate, heart sound count and blood pressure using Raspberry Pi.

The main aim of this 'IOT Health Monitoring System' is to build up a system fit for observing vital body signs such as body temperature, heart rate, pulse oximetry etc. The System is additionally equipped measuring Room Temperature and Humidity and Atmosphere CO level. To accomplish this, the system involves many sensors to display vital signs that can be interfaced to the doctor's smart phone as well as caretakers' smartphone. This prototype will upload the readings from the sensor to a server remotely and the information gathered will be accessible for analysis progressively. It has the capacity of reading and transmitting vital parameters measured to the cloud server and then to any Smartphone configured with Blynk App. These readings can be utilized to recognize the health state of the patient and necessary actions can be taken if the vital parameters are not in prescribed limits for a longer period.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has made it far simpler to implement a remote, real-time patient health monitoring system from locations other than hospitals, such as patients' homes. Sensors retrieve various data related to the patient and record a variety of indicators. Then, the IoT, which presents it on a website and provides access for remote monitoring, saves this information. Because of this, we can lessen the number of mistakes made by humans, and the amount of space that the system takes up in the room may be decreased due to its smaller size. The creation of alarms is employed in such a way that the patient is not prevented from taking their medications at the appropriate times. If the health parameters reach the predetermined value, a notification is usually delivered through email or a text message alert. The competent authorities can be aware of the situation thanks to the notification method. In this article, we have addressed the monitoring of several diseases and vital signs, including the rate of one's heartbeat, blood pressure, breathing rate, body temperature, and pace of movement, using various methods. Another critical aspect of the solution that has been presented is creating the ideal environment for the patient, considering their current state of health.

Methods/Statistical Analysis: The modern E-health monitoring system is based on real time by using IoT and which is developed by considering the low cost, ease of application, accuracy and data security. By using wearable sensors while holding an Android device. The proposed system is reliable and helpful due to good bandwidth based. It is convenient and reliable and low cost with data security in all aspects.Findings: Smart healthcare are future needs which can be use in robotic ruse assistant, artificial retinas, advances in prosthetics, remote patient monitoring, electronic underwear preventing bed sores. This system monitoring the patient heart condition, blood pressure and pulse.Application/Improvements: The user give pressure in on his smart wearable device he will be monitored through sensor network system. It will be easy for doctor to check patient health remotely. In this paper, we discuss the proposed model and the opportunities and challenges for smart E-health in realizing this vision of the future of health care.

The present study elucidates a remote wireless monitoring system that is both cost-effective and user-friendly, designed to measure patients' blood pressure and temperature. The device is specifically engineered to allow medical practitioners to monitor their patient's blood pressure in real-time continuously. This technique facilitates the wireless transmission of blood pressure data to a physician's mobile device through the establishment of a network, thereby enabling authorized individuals to access patients' blood pressure readings remotely. Integrating the Internet of Things (IoT) with an Arduino microcontroller and a pressure sensor has resulted in the developing a Blood Pressure Monitoring System that utilises wireless technologies. The proposed approach aims to reduce the necessity of physical visits to medical facilities, resulting in time savings for both patients and healthcare professionals. Additionally, it seeks to improve patient care by facilitating prompt and efficient treatments. The technology can transmit alerts to detect abnormal blood pressure readings, facilitating prompt medical intervention and reducing the likelihood of adverse outcomes associated with irregular blood pressure levels.

Healthcare is given the intense importance now a-days by each country with the advent of the novel corona virus. So, in this aspects, an Internet of Things based health monitoring system is the best solution for such an obsolete. Internet of Things is the new revolt of internet which is the growing research area especially in the health care. With the increase in use of wearable sensors and the smart phone, these remote health care monitoring has evolved in such a step. Internet of Things monitoring of health helps in preventing the noise of diseases as well as to get a proper diagnosis of the state of health, even if the doctor is at away distance. In this paper, a portable and physiological checking framework is displayed, which can constantly screen the patient's heartbeat, and temperature and also other basic parameters of the rooms. We proposed a nonstop checking and control instruments to screen the patient condition and store the patient information's in server make use of Wi-Fi Module based remote correspondence. A well-planned health monitoring system is essential for the modern health center, and a portable remote health monitoring system with many intellectual features is becoming a great improvement in healthcare arrangements. The proposed system includes various microelectronics medical devices and applications that come through network-connected devices and help to monitor patient's real-time medical data. In this paper, the patient's health condition has been monitored by using the four types of major health parameters, namely, temperature sensor, heart pulse rate sensor, blood pressure sensor module, and blood oxygen (SpO2) sensor. All the sensor nodes are connected to the Raspberry Pi-based embedded system. The real-time health data are recorded, stored, and transmitted to the doctor via the internet with the help of a Raspberry Pi-based embedded system and IoT server. The system will benefit the patient from remote areas with quick diagnosis, remote observation, home observation, and a medical data storage system.
