Geographic Information System (GIS) has developed rapidly since it came into being in the 1960s [1]. In recent years, the geographic industry has seen an increasing interest and activity in the deployment of web sites that provide access to geographic content. In this paper, we model a Building Information System (BIS) based on WEBGIS to help the people to manage the buildings. The BIS collects graphic and non-graphic data related to buildings and then transforms this data to a computer platform, stores, queries, analyzes and presents this data to the user with various formats including texts, maps, and web-based views with the aim of increasing the efficiency and progress of building management. SQL Server2000 DataBase is employed in the system.

Rumah Garut is a company engaged in selling property to several housing developers. In the housing marketing process, it is still carried out offline, where the developer carries out the registration process with marketing company, then makes brochures and markets them at exhibitions. This method is considered inappropriate, given the large number of housing units registered by the developer, as it would delay the marketing or sale of the house. This research aims to develop an online marketing information system that can be carried out with multiple developers so that each developer can manage and inform their housing effectively and efficiently. The Journal Website is one of the tools used as a means of information and communication that is able to get rid of all the limitations that exist in other information and communication tools. One of the limitations of communication and information tools is about distance, with websites we can find various information in various parts of the world. At Arcadia Function Hall the building leasing process is done manually, so that the time spent is ineffective and in the storage of rental data it becomes insecure because it is not stored in a good system. From the above problems the authors are interested in designing Web Based Applications to be able to help the building rental process performance become more effective and efficient and can store all rental data safely and can produce accurate and accurate reports.in conducting this study explaining the running of the system is analyzed using SWOT and the implementation using Unified Modeling Language (UML). This is the reason why the author analyzes the building leasing system at the Arcadia Function Hall can easily compile want to lease and make an accurate and fast rental report.

Some ASEAN countries, such as Malaysia and Thailand, have taken the initiative to use information technology (IT) to develop villages to realize Smart Village. Likewise, in Indonesia, one village in the province of West Sumatra, Indonesia, namely Nagari Koto Gadang, has begun to use IT in developing its community. This village is located in a strategic area that has the potential to change land use in the future. In the planning and development of a region's spatial layout, it is necessary to collect data on buildings contained in the area. Building data collection in Nagari Koto Gadang is still done using paper notes so that it is vulnerable to duplication or data input errors. Information regarding buildings in Nagari Koto Gadang can only be obtained at the village office during working hours by manually searching excel data. This information should be accessible anywhere and anytime. Therefore, we need a Web Geographic Information System (WebGIS) that can record and map buildings in Nagari Koto Gadang. The building consists of office buildings, health services, schools, mosques, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and residents' settlement. With this WebGIS of buildings, the Nagari Koto Gadang government can display information on the availability or use of land that is useful for village planning and structuring. The WebGIS development of the Nagari Koto Gadang building consists of several stages, namely data collection, application development, and system testing. WebGIS of this building was implemented using PHP and JavaScript. The database used to store data was PostgreSQL/PostGIS. WebGIS of Nagari Koto Gadang building can be used to view, and search for information about office buildings, residential houses, and other buildings in Nagari Koto Gadang. The test results show that the functional of WebGIS of the building is following the needs of the government of Nagari Koto Gadang.

Complexity in finding property on property exhibition which consider many related constraints is quite high. Customers need to spend much time to analyse the right property to buy depends on their constraints whether salary, distance to work, facility, etc. According to the problem, this research will collect the information from customer on property exhibition to find out the constraint. Also, this research will focus on design and analyses the decision support system for property exhibition. Software development life cycle that will be used is scrum which is divided into several processes like backlog, sprints, scrum meetings, and demos. The result of this research is a web application that help customer to collect the information of the property according to their constraints.

The paper presents the results of a joint work on the Integrated Building Information Management System developed and tested in the frame of the European research project I3CON funded from the 6 th Framework Program. This innovative system proposes an innovative approach to dealing with building information managing, employing Wireless Sensor Networks and the Rule Based Engine for monitoring the building environment as well as for automatic control of its infrastructures (water, electricity, heating, cooling etc). It involved also the development of integrated user interfaces allowing location and context aware operation of the mobile system including methods and tools for their implementation for Building Service Operative applications. This allows mobile service personnel to have a full access to the building information system from their mobile terminals enhanced with location awareness (employing latest active RFID technologies), context awareness and multi-modal user interfaces for handsfree intuitive operation of a mobile system with little or no need for manual operation or control. A generic object browser was developed enabling of browsing building automation objects in real-time as well as static building database objects and properties using standard data communication protocols. The described technologies have been already deployed and tested in real environment of the residential Margarita building in the center of Madrid.
