The research presents a model to enhance the cybersecurity workforce amidst a significant shortage of qualified professionals. The model addresses the need for continuous development of knowledge, skills, and adaptability in a rapidly changing threat landscape. Components of the proposed Ground Truth Expertise Development model include multidimensional aptitude assessment, instructional design, and ongoing performance support to cultivate highly skilled security experts capable of effectively responding to sophisticated cyberthreats.
