Abstract
Literary research is much like a subsidiary of documentary research. For research in classical literature, one must go for researching many sources. Personal Diaries are considered a very important source in this regard. The ample use of this source can make it better and more authentic. Especially in research on classical literature, the role of these Personal Diaries can't be denied. This article clarifies how and how much these Personal Diaries can help a researcher. Where the researcher loses his way, this source shows him the light to the right path and so his journey continues. Although the authenticity of these Personal Diaries is not much in the absence of more authentic sources there is no other way to get rid of it .The Personal Diaries of the poets are a very important source of old literature, especially its importance can't be denied as far as the classical Urdu poetry is concerned.

Structuralism is a conceptual and methodological approach to describing and analyzing literature texts. This approach sees the text as separate entity that should be treated independently. In literature, (the author, the text, the reader) focuses on the text. Ferdinand de Saussure, a Swiss linguist, semiotician, and philosopher propounded the structuralism theory also known as structuralism. This approach focuses on the literary text, the text is the center for the analysis. It ignores the author's life and environment, i.e. in analyzing the structures of literary text, Structuralism is general theory of culture and methodology that implies that elements of human culture must be understood by the way of their relationship to a broader system. This makes it different from approaches like psychoanalysis and historical-biographical approach that focuses on the psychology the biography of the writer, the environment, and the social environment, structuralism only cares about the tex...

However, it is not always the case, at least in Iran. The book market of Iran is replete with retranslated versions of classic works most of which are not genuine translation but plagiarized version of previous translations. One famous example is George Orwell’s Animal Farm which has been translated into Persian more than 70 times by different translators since 1348. Regarding this issue, the present study attempts to investigate four Persian translations of Animal Farm based on forensic linguistics framework. The main goal of the present research is to demonstrate the patterns of plagiarism detection between different versions of translations of the same original piece of work based on textual similarities and differences. The project primarily centers on this question: what linguistic criteria are determinant in detecting plagiarism in translated texts? For our analysis, the data of the present research has been elicited from four Persian translations of this novel chosen by a time-lapse of 20 years between translations. Data were analyzed based on plagiarism detection patterns introduced by Turell (2004). The results of the study revealed a case of plagiarism among investigated translations. Disputed text overlaps 73.5% and 42.6% with plagiarized text in terms of vocabulary and phrasal similarity, respectively. In terms of unique vocabulary, they show the proportion of 17.6% to 15.16%. The disputed and plagiarized texts also have 35 shared-once only words and 22 shared-once only phrases. The article concludes that the proposed quantitative criteria of Turell’s model perform well in plagiarism detection which replicates the results of previous studies. We believe that science society of Iran must pay more attention to plagiarism in order to find a solution to suppress publication and proliferation of the plagiarized texts.

Introduction: Systematic reviews, which are of prime importance in medical research, provide essential information for decision making through integration of evidence-based information. The aim of the present study was to investigate the status of systematic reviews, citation rate and the factors influencing this rate in medical research in Iran. Methods:The present study was an applied research in which scientometric and statistical tests were used. The status of 382 medical systematic reviews of Iran in the Web of Science database were scrutinized and the factors influencing on citations of these articles were examined. The results of the study showed that about 60% of articles were published from 2013 to 2015. More than 15% of the review articles were publishe under the subject category of Internal, General Medicine. The subject category of Gastroenterology and Hepatology with the average of 17/96 citation from each article was in the first rank. The highest number of citation for an article was 274. There were seven factors influencing citation : the length of the article, the length of the title, the length of the abstract, the number of keywords, the number of authors, the number of references, and the international collaboration. The findings revealed a significant correlation between the collaborating countries, the number of references and the number of citations. However, the relationship between other effective factors was not significant. The results of this study showed that the highest number of citations is taken from international articles. Therefore, writing articles with international authors is one of the best ways to increase the citation and visibility of the articles.

The sacred time and sacred place are one of the most widely used concepts in the mythological world. These two concepts have long preoccupied the human mind to an extent that we find them in contemporary fiction today. It is as if the sacred time and sacred place have opened the way into modern novels from the mythical world and are re-emerged with a different perspective. Bakhtiar Ali is one of the writers who has repeatedly used these concepts in the labyrinth of his novels and illustrated them alongside other modern elements and concepts. The present article attempts to study why and how these two concepts are used in the novels (the City of White Musicians, Parwana‘s sunset and The Last Pomegranate of the World.) Keywords: myth, sacred place, sacred time, Bakhtiar Ali, the city of white musicians, Parwana‘s sunset, the last pomegranate in the world.

Database evaluation indicators include management, content, technical, and search indicators. A database must have a high level of information retrieval. As search features is one of the most important factors in database evaluation, this research tried to evaluate search input and output in online databases of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences (IUMS) central library website based on international standards. Methods: In a cross-sectional study in 2007-08, 7 online databases of IUMS central library website were included. Search input and output were evaluated by a researcher-made checklist according to Maryland K-12 and Ovid criteria, database management system (DBMS), and Gulliver assessment tool. The reliability of that the checklist was approved by professionals. The checklist consisted of 2 parts, 11 items to assess search input features and 15 items to evaluate search output features. The collected data was finally analyzed in Microsoft Excel. Results: Our results showed that input and output features of Ovid databases were completely (100%) according to the standard criteria. However, MD Consult had the lowest (input: 51.52% and output: 61.9%) concordance with the standards. Although other databases. Conclusion: Ovid and MD Consult had the highest and lowest concordance with search standards, respectively. Although other databases had acceptable concordance, decisions to continue or discontinue using their services depend on further evaluations of their management, content, and technical features.

Aspect refers to "different ways of viewing the internal temporal constituency of a situation" (Comrie, 1976, p.3) and consists of lexical and grammatical types. Grammatical aspect is represented by inflection or some auxiliary verbs while lexical aspect is denoted by the inherent meaning of the verbs (Rezai, 2012). The aspectual classification of Vedler (1957), has been one of the most influential theories in lexical aspect studies (Tenny, 1987, p.29; Peck et al., 2013, p. 664; Kanijo, 2019, p.73). Vendler (1957) has classified verbs into four classes named states, activities, achievements, and accomplishments based on their stativity, duration, and telicity. Achievements describe the change of state that occurs instantaneously and creates a new situation (Pavey, 2010, p.97), they have inherent endpoint and are usually regarded as not being used progressively. Two sub-classes of achievements are "culminations" and "happenings". Culminations need some time to occur, for example, to "reach a summit", we have to walk a distance. Happenings lack this preparatory phase and occur instantly, for example, "explode" occurs in a very short time. In previous studies, Persian verbs have been classified to two classes, "achievement" verbs that occur in a short time and have endpoint and "durative" verbs that entails some time to occur (Jahan Panah Tehrani, 1984). Vahidiyan Kamyar (1992) added the third class, named "achievement-durative" verbs that occur in a short time but don't end and extend through time. Abolhassani (2011) has also classified achievements to three sub-classes. Other studies have mostly investigated lexical or grammatical aspect in Persian or in a specific dialect

With the critique of the historical-comparative trends surrounding language, Saussure sets intralingual elements as his point of departure. In his view, the realized and dynamic nature of language does not reflect its true nature. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the static aspect of language or the synchronic approach to language. Saussure, under the influence of Kant's epistemology, separates the domains of language into langage, langue and parole, and restricts the concrete object, or in some way language principles, to the langue. Farabi has explored linguistic reflections in the tradition of Islamic philosophy in a close relation with Saussure. He begins his linguistic studies with a fresh and new reading of the associations between language and logic. By arguing that speech (notgh) and logic (mantegh) are derived from the same root, he traces back the origin of logic to language. In the idea of Farabi, speech is the fundamental and general aspect of language. He summarized three realms of language into rational soul (Nafse Nateghe), inner word and outer word, where the inner word is home to linguistic elements. Irrespective of this issue, in semiotics, the relationship between the signifier and the signified is arbitrary in a way that is comparable to that of speech and logic. The present paper, by delving into three domain of language proposed by Saussure, seeks to exhibit that this structuralist conception is not new. For centuries, in the tradition of Islamic philosophy, Farabi has elaborated on such reflections. Farabi's notion of dividing linguistic signs into two parts of speech and logic and the tripartite division of language offers a new conception of linguistics, which marks the beginning of a new trend of studies in Islamic linguistics.
