Program pengalaman lapangan merupakan suatu program yang merupakan ajang penelitian terpadu untuk menerapkan berbagai ilmu pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan dalam rangka membentuk guru yang professional.program pengalaman lapangan merupakan kegiatan dalam bentuk pelatihan mandiri yang diarahkan oleh dosen pembimbing lapangan yang memenuhi syarat. Dengan diterapkan sistem informasi berbasis web ini mahasiswa akan lebih mudah mencari informasi dan pendaftaran terkait program pengalaman lapangan.

The study aimed at providing the Cagayan de Oro Academy for International Education with a web-based information and monitoring system capable of carrying out school transactions of the Cagayan de Oro Academy for International Education. An online information and monitoring system is complex and flexible and is designed to meet distinct needs. In developing the proposed system, the researchers used the Prototyping Life Cycle Model These applications improved the traditional transaction processing systems. Staff finds it tedious in searching and preparing reports on student's information and also laborious due to repetition of processes done in filling and updating of records. The proposed system caters posting and viewing of grades, class schedules, students, guardians and staff profiling and other important data needed in the system. The Web-based Information and Monitoring System is an expansion of a basic information system achieved through system design of an improved or broader capability by functionally or technically relating two or more information systems. With this, the academy will be able to provide quality service to its students. This thesis study offers important implication for monitoring and information of the school and lessen the workload of school management and save time.

In this paper we present the Intercollege Intranet, which has been developed within the strategic aims of the College to offer better services to students and faculty and to enhance the College's Teaching and Learning Environment. The main objective of the Intranet is to provide on-line access to shared information and to support electronic educational transactions. Within this objective, our Intranet provides students with on-line access to all the College's rules and regulations regarding admission, academics and finance, information on student life, as well as personal student information (timetable, exam schedule, academic path, transcript, progress reports, financial statements, etc.). Moreover students have access to the Intercollege's Web-Based Teaching and Learning Environment (IWBTLE), which is an integrated module of the Intranet. Finally, through the Intranet, students can register for their courses on-line. The Intercollege Intranet provides support also to the faculty of Intercollege (Faculty Intranet). Faculty members have on-line access to Intercollege general information, their teaching timetable, class lists and contact information of students, discussion forums, e-mail facilities, etc. Moreover, faculty members can build their courses' grading formulae and insert marks for students; the system then produces final marks and grades, as well as very useful grade statistics and charts. Finally, through the Intranet and the integrated in-house developed InterLearning web-based educational software, faculty members can develop on-line educational material which is posted on the IWBTLE and is available to students. This paper focuses only on the Student Intranet. It explains and discusses the functionality of the system and presents the results of a student satisfaction survey.

Senior High School 43 Jakarta, located on Jl. Cipulir I No.1 1 4, RT.1 / RW.4, Cipulir, Kec. Kby. Lama, South Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 12230, has around 500 students and 30 teaching staff. Based on interviews that have been conducted by researchers with counseling guidance teachers and the Deputy Principal for Student Affairs explained that the results of absenteeism, guidance or supervision of student violations are recorded as evaluation material to be given to the homeroom teacher and the parents of students at the end of the school year. But the recording is still manual because there is no computerized system. This resulted in at the end of each school year hampering counseling guidance teachers to make reports quickly because the data is still in the form of paper, not to mention the data is easily lost or mixed with other data and must be recapitulated. Therefore the author intends to analyze and design data management in the form of attendance data, counseling guidance and student violation points by the author's thesis entitled "Analysis and Design of Attendance Information System Application for Attendance, Counseling Guidance, and Website-Based Student Abuse Points on SMK Negeri 43 Jakarta "in the hope that the manual recording system can be updated to provide practical solutions through the use of applications. Also, this application can make it easier for students, parents, and teachers to access information related to student problems. The system that will be created by the author uses the PHP programming language as well as the CodeIgniter and MySQL framework as a repository (database).

This research is conducted because of the need for an information system about how each student's learning development and student behavior were needed, so that Counseling Teacher (BK) was needed. Counseling Teacher (BK) SMA Negeri 1 Batang Kapas is a school directly related to student discipline that requires a computerized information system to operate data collection so that it is more optimal. It is carried out because the Counseling Guidance in schools has not used a computerized system in carrying out its work activities, the school still uses a conventional system such as in making attendance reports and archiving student violation data still using a portfolio so it seems that they use a lot of paper, many points of violation are not accumulated because of recording is still manual, so that sanctions are not appropriate and there is no valid and effective database in data management. This study was conducted primarily to find out the psycho-social needs of the students; and secondarily to validate the relevance of the current programs of the university Guidance Services. Four need-components were measured in a five-point Likert scale: Self-Development (SD), Family Relationship (FR), Social Responsibility (SR) and Studies (S). Each component has six parameters.

School information management system is enhanced into a web based or database record which can be observed to most of the universities and colleges. The aim of this research study is to implement an efficient database for student information management system of Lipa Adventist Academy (LAA) through Microsoft Access as the database, Visual Studio for the development platform, and Visual Basic as the programming language. It limits only on an admin interface navigating student profiles in a system as an application only. This implementation research study employs qualitative method which revolves in a focus group discussion with two experienced young adults. The information is obtained using primary and secondary sources. Student database information management system for LAA is implemented as it is agreed that it plays a critical role in meeting the needs of academic institutions for sound and accurate control of students' knowledge and/or documents. Database information systems lend a long list of advantages for the school or any institutions. Compare to using Excel Spreadsheet, database offers lesser manual work, user-friendly approach, easy navigation, and data integrity as it guarantees a little to no error in single or massive information update. The system is proved to be more secured, reliable, efficient, accurate, and relevant especially in this time when schools are pursuing distance education. Adapting an integrated student information database management system will not only be beneficial for the LAA administrator, but also favorable for other teachers, students, and even parents. Still, more features are bound to be improved.

The Latvian Education Informatization System (LIIS) project covers the whole information grid: education content, management, information services, infrastructure and user training at several levels-schools, school boards and Ministry of Education and Science. The initiative started in 1997. The strategy for education content creation for 2001-2004 is to cover all forms of cognition-rational, empirical, emotional, modeling-and several levels of skills for all levels of education. The Current LIIS results as at 2002 have been: • developed teaching aids are being used (workbooks, interactive software, tests etc), approx. 20% of the total amount of high school program can be taught using information and communication technologies, • about 1000 sites are using school management software, • 66% of all teachers were trained on ICT usage, • 97% of schools have dial-up connection to the Internet in year 2002 (44%-permanent connection). • Number of pupils per computer has decreased from 67 (year 1997) to 20 (year 2002). On June 13, 1997, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia and the University of Latvia signed an agreement, "On the Latvian Education Informatization System". The goal of the project is to prepare students of primary, secondary schools and universities to life and work in Information Society.

The following research shows which use is given by teachers at La Laguna University to Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). The main aim of the study is evaluating how the university teachers use different ICT tools as well as finding out which influence may have that use over the teaching-learning processes. The research will undertake both issues according to the scientific knowledge field of the teachers (Law and Social sciences, Health science, Fine Arts and men science, Engineering and Architecture), gender, age and previous experience in ICT's use.For performing this research, an online questionnaire has been performed allowing us to find out the opinion of 206 university teachers which use the virtual classroom for teaching (49.03% women and 50.97% men) with an average age of 47.23 years old.
