Abstract

Voting systems play a crucial role in democratic societies, ensuring fair representation and decision-making. However, traditional voting methods often face challenges such as fraud, manipulation, and lack of transparency. Blockchain technology offers a promising solution to address these issues by providing a decentralized, immutable, and transparent platform for conducting elections. This paper evaluates the implementation of a Blockchain-Based Voting System (BBVS) and examines its security, transparency, and usability aspects. The system uses smart contracts and cryptographic techniques to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of votes. Through a detailed analysis of the system architecture, security mechanisms, and user experience, this paper provides insights into the potential of blockchain technology in revolutionizing the electoral process.
