Background. The parallel development of the psychometric assessments and the computer technologies determined a big revolution regarding the construction and the application of psychological and educational tests. Purpose of the study: This report describes a computerized system that allows researchers to creating, applying, and tabulating surveys and paper instruments in an automatized way. Sources of evidence: Many studies describe the use of this tool, highlighting its main characteristics. Main argument. This system can be considered a useful tool, since it permits to input data with higher precision and no need for previous codifications. Further, it allows researchers to know the latency period from the answer to each and every item.

Background: Most of the forms needed to fill a database on the internet are hardcoded and requires changes in the forms if any change is needed to be done to the database. So, we propose a generative algorithm for creating input forms on websites from the database tables given as a base. Objective: To develop an algorithm for form generation using generative approach. Results: This paper proposes an algorithm and simulation of effectiveness of using generative approach for form generation. Only database needs to be structured and the program shall generate the input form for it and populate the tables by itself, reducing designing incompatibility and overheads. Conclusion: The proposed method is generic for any type of database and doesn't require knowledge of scripting for creating input forms. This method could reduce significant time lost in form creation, validation and testing. reliable, reusable, generic and suitable for web services generating various forms and maintaining a large amount of client based database. However, for web services which doesn't require varied databases and have little interactions conventional methods are rather more appropriate.

This work describes a solution of gathering questionnaire information by using information technologies. To be precise, it is suggested that distributive information service-the Internet, and possibilities of dynamic hypermedia interface of World Wide Web should be used. The use of those services ensures a number of advantages, although there are some disadvantages. This work describes one system for creating Web-questionnaire by using a script language similar to a common, natural language. The procedure of designing a questionnaire for a Web-survey was clarified by an example that was made. Exploring the possibilities of applying the system like that has the goal to simplify survey interviewing by a questionnaire in determined conditions, and the goal of this work is to clarify possibilities ofproposed script language and the way it works.

Automation of the survey process has proved successful in many industries, yet it is still underused in educational research. This is largely due to the facts (1) that number crunching is usually carried out using software that was developed before information technology existed, and (2) that the educational research is to a great extent trapped in its methods of producing tabulations, charts, and reports. This paper demonstrates the use of an automated survey data processing and reporting system called AutoRide, to cut costs, increase turnaround, and improve the quality of products delivered in both paper and online formats. With it, customized reports are automatically generated with faster and reliable results. (Author/SLD)

High-quality, large-scale statistical survey design, data analysis and information visualisation can be very complex. Current statistical COTS software tools provide powerful statistical processing and analysis support but very limited mechanisms for designing, implementing and reusing such support. We have been developing a highlevel, domain-specific visual language, the Survey Design Language (SDL), and associated support tool, SDLTool, in conjunction with statisticians. In this paper we describe SDLTool's support for turning high-level survey design models into widely accessible web services to share complex statistical survey technique implementations run by COTS statistical packages.

Online questionnaires and surveys are one of the most efficient methods that are used by people all around the world for statistics, to ask questions and to evaluate something; however, this is because of its benefits, like reducing time, getting real answers apart from manipulation or fake results, and it is easy for everyone to use. There are a lot of online survey forms found on Google and using these e-forms are easy; all that one has to do is open the site, register through email and then choose the type of survey one wants to fill in. However, despite the plurality of e-forms, it is essential for companies to have special forms that are relevant to office work and the nature of work conducted by the companies; the forms should also be specific to be used by the companies' managers and employees. The aim of this study is to create an online questionnaires and surveys website that is specifically to be used by companies. This website makes the work of the companies more efficient and faster; so if they want to evaluate the performance of anything or ask the employees about something or to vote, they can easily use our new website.
