An analytical solution for the free out-of-plane vibration of annular sector plates resting on elastic foundations is presented. The foundations are modeled as Winkler-type, where the reaction is proportional to the plate deflection. Governing equations are derived, and frequency parameters are calculated using Bessel functions, with numerical results illustrating the impact of elastic foundation coefficients on the vibration characteristics of these plates.
