Abstract
In this paper, we study on the primeness and semiprimeness of a Morita context related to the rings and modules. Necessary and sufficient conditions are investigated for an ideal of a Morita context to be a prime ideal and a semiprime ideal. In particular, we determine the conditions under which a Morita context is prime and semiprime.

In this paper, we introduce a new concept of Morita context rings which we call special Morita context rings. We determine the conditions under which this kind of rings are quasipolar. We use special Morita context rings to extend some results of quasipolar rings. Then many of the main results of quasipolar rings are special cases of our results for this general setting. Several basic characterizations and properties of these rings are given.

Let R be a ring with identity and P (R) denote the prime radical of R. An element r of a ring R is called strongly P-clean, if there exists an idempotent e such that r − e = p ∈ P (R) with ep = pe. In this paper, we determine necessary and sufficient conditions for an element of a trivial Morita context to be strongly P-clean.

In this note we study Morita contexts and Galois extensions for corings. For a coring C over a (not necessarily commutative) ground ring A we give equivalent conditions for M C to satisfy the weak. resp. the strong structure theorem. We also characterize the so called cleft C-Galois extensions over commutative rings. Our approach is similar to that of Y. Doi and A. Masuoka in their work on (cleft) H-Galois extensions (e.g.

Various conditions on a noncommutative ring imply that it is 2-primal (i.e., the ring's prime radical coincides with the set of nilpotent elements of the ring). We will examine several such conditions and show that their known interdependencies are their only ones. Of particular interest will be the (PS I) condition on a ring (i.e., every factor ring modulo the right annihilator of a principal right ideal is 2-primal). We will see that even within a fairly narrow class of rings, (PS I) is a strictly stronger condition than 2-primal. We will show that the (PS I) condition is left-right asymmetric. We will also study the interplay between various types of semilocal rings and various types of 2-primal rings. The Köthe Conjecture will make a cameo appearance. In Section 6, we will examine subideals of prime ideals of commutative rings that are invariant under derivations.

We construct here an example of a Mori domain A such that A[[X]] is not Mori. We show that a finitely generated overring of a factorial domain is not necessarily Mori. We present two criteria for the Mori property. The first criterion leads to a characterization of Mori polynomial extensions. The second criterion is the following: a domain is Mori if and only if it contains a Mori ideal which is prime and unitary or maximal divisorial. We generalize Mori pullbacks.

In this paper we prove that if R and S are Morita equivalent semirings via Morita context (R, S, P, Q, θ, φ), then there exists a one-to-one inclusion preserving correspondence between the set of all prime ((right) strongly prime, uniformly strongly prime) ideals of R and the set of all prime (resp. (right) strongly prime, uniformly strongly prime) subsemimodules of P. We also show that prime radicals, (right) strongly prime radicals, uniformly strongly prime radicals are preserved under Morita equivalence of semirings.

In this paper we introduce the concept of Mori module. An R-module M is said to be a Mori module if it satisfies the ascending chain conditon on divisorial submodules. Then we introduce a new class of modules which is closely related to the class of Mori modules. Let R be a commutative ring with identity and set H = {M |M is an R-module and Nil(M) is a divided prime submodule of M}. For an R-module M ∈ H, set T = (R \ Z(M)) ∩ (R \ Z(R)), T(M) = T(M), P := [Nil(M) :R M ]. In this case the mapping Φ : T(M) −→ MP given by Φ(x/s) = x/s is an R-module homomorphism. The restriction of Φ to M is also an R-module homomorphism from M in to MP given by Φ(m/1) = m/1 for every m ∈ M . A nonnil submodule N of M is Φ-divisorial if Φ(N) is divisorial submodule of Φ(M). An R-module M ∈ H is called ΦMori module if it satisfies the ascending chain condition on Φ-divisorial submodules. This paper is devoted to study the properties of Φ-Mori modules.

In this paper, centrally prime and centrally semiprime rings are defined and the relations between these two rings and prime (resp. semiprime) rings are studied.Among the results of the paper some conditions are given under which prime (resp. semiprime) rings become centrally prime (resp.centrally semiprime) as in:1-A nonzero prime (resp. semiprime) ring which has no proper zero divisors is centrally prime (resp.centrally semiprime). Also we gave some other conditions which make prime (resp. semiprime) rings and centrally prime (resp.centrally semiprime) rings equivalent, as in :2-A ring which satisfies the-) (BZP for multiplicative systems is prime (resp. semiprime) if and only if it is centrally prime (resp.centrally semiprime).3-A ring with identity in which every nonzero element of its center is a unit is prime (resp. semiprime) if and only if it is centrally prime (resp.centrally semiprime).
