The GISAP: Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry (GISAP:PMC) is periodical scientific journal of the International Academy of Science and Higher Education (IASHE, London, UK). The GISAP: Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry is peer-reviewed international research devoted to matters of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. The scope of the journal encompasses original scientific studies presented by best authors - participants of the International Scientific and Analytical Project (GISAP), and also by independent authors of high professional qualification (for details please read the section CONDITIONS OF PUBLICATION) are accepted and published in the journal after preliminary expert reviewing. New issues of the journal are published three times a year. The articles in the journal are open access to different users in different countries around the world. The journal is absolutely democratic and open for social interaction. During the selection of materials for publication we don't use formal qualification-based requirements or other restrictive factors. Works of a talented student and a prominent scientist can be both published in the journal. The main selection criteria: the author's originality, novelty, literacy and scientific reasonability (together it all characterizes the "scientific value" of the report). The GISAP: Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry (GISAP: PMC) published from UK.

Pedagogika formuvannya tvorchoyi osobistosti u vishchij i zagalnoosvitnij shkolakh -Pedagogics of forming of creative personality is in higher and general schools, 45, 284 [in Ukrainian]. The article describes the conceptual principles of pedagogical influence on the process of future primary school teachers training of the New ukrainian school for the development of creative abilities of elementary school children. It is emphasized that higher education should have its specific methodological basis. Its foundation is a coherent system of theoretical and methodological conceptual principles of pedagogical influence. The search for possibilities of updating theoretical and methodological principles of future teachers training for the development of elementary school children educational activities is outlined. The forces that determine the productive and effective passage of the process of future teachers training for the development of school children creative abilities in elementary school educational activities are determined, namely: realization of a new mission of elementary school teachers in the projection of educational trends of the New ukrainian school; psychological and pedagogical regularities of the development of the elementary school child as the subject of the creative influence of the teacher; humanization of education; tutoring. Attention is drawn to the fact that enhancing the future teachers training for the development of school children creative abilities in elementary school education depends on many factors, in particular how effectively the tutoring interaction between the subjects of the educational process will be organized. Teachers' ability to support tutoring enables them to maximize the specific professional needs of future educators, which inspires and motivates them to undertake intensive, conscious learning in accordance with the personally prioritized values of education, thereby activating the process of its directed and productive professional education.

This article provides a general characteristic and a coherent description of the Perm philosophical school. The activity of "Perm school of scientific philosophy" is considered stage by stage in its development. The relationship and place of the school in the system of Soviet Marxism are described: its peculiarities, tasks, and most prominent representatives. The unique conceptual anguage of the Perm philosophical school is presented. The work of the school is described on the basis of the non-colonial research approach. An attempt is made to reveal the unique features of Perm philosophical school and to fix its place on the philosophical map of the modern Russian thought. The aim of the article is to demonstrate a self-valuable experience of describing a regional philosophical school, without reducing this experience to general circumstances or unified evaluation scales. The method of personal or biographical description is chosen to reconstruct the activities and history of the school. The formation of the school and its main stages are presented through the views of its leader.

We give a proof of the solvability in a natural numbers for Fermat's Last theorem and the equations and has not been found earlier, significantly different from known, and allow us to obtain infinite set of solutions in natural numbers, and examples.

Along with the architecture, this presentation also discusses the development of the study program at the Faculty of Electronics in Niš, which directly influenced the design of its new annex. With the idea of enabling a more thorough education and a faster interconnection between science and entrepreneurship, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia invested in the construction of the Multi-Purpose Lamella at the Faculty of Electronics, University of Niš. The project was completed by the Teking Architecture Studio from Niš. The lamella is an extension of the existing building of the Faculty of Electronics, forming a coherent whole with it. The design concept of the building was developed by integrating a number of key influential determinants (program, place and time of construction), and it reflects and emphasizes the architecture of the original structure.
пессимистический взгляд на это Ада Фолена: «Modal particles are so elusive in their meaning, that nearly every theory seems to feel it. … In my appreciation, if one looks for a theoretical framework for the analysis of modal particles, Grice and Searle are at least as good as Sperber and Willson» [Foolen 1994: 310].
