Abstract
THE CHALLENGE We are talking about layoffs in different sectors of the economy, the challenge of the 21st century is to create jobs and therefore to use Artificial Intelligence to create new sectors of the economy. There are also a need to understand the cognitive structure of brain by which human and animal learn." I am trying to experiment how can we understand the cognitive structure of brain through the present wargames application, to slowdown what the leaders of our world are planning for a third world war in the next future, my elearning project shall build a network of very brilliant experts to understand more the cognitive structure of brain and develop long term peace projects. This paper focuses on the current trends in brain research domain and the current stage of development of research for software and hardware solutions, communication capabilities between: human beings and machines, new technologies, nano-science and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. The proposed model for Human Brain assumes main similitude between human intelligence and the chess game thinking process. Tactical & strategic reasoning and the need to follow the rules of the chess game, all are very similar with the activities of the human brain. The main objective for a living being and the chess game player are the same: securing a position, surviving and eliminating the adversaries. The brain resolves these goals, and more, the being movement, actions and speech are sustained by the vital five senses and equilibrium. The chess game strategy helps us understand the human brain better and easier replicate in the proposed ‘Software and Hardware’ SAH Model.
The human brain is often considered the most complex system known. It has a fantastic capacity to learn and remember, to recognize patterns in space and time, solve problems of all kinds, innovate tools and machines, create beautiful art and science. Is it reasonable to believe that we, in a foreseeable future, will be able to understand all the wonders of our own brain, enough to be able to mimic it and build artificial brains and minds that correspond to or even surpass the capacity of the human origin? Can we seriously believe that we (soon, or ever) will be able to build robots that know of and can reflect upon their own existence? This review of the book, The Brain and AI, deals with such issues, but in a very special way. It is written as a fascinating dialogue between the two authors, Chinese scientist Fanji Gu and German engineer Karl Schlagenhauf, where they discuss the development of neuroscience and artificial intelligence (AI) with a critical examination of given ''truths" in these fields. The Brain and AI is indeed worth reading for many reasons, regardless if you are a student or researcher in any of the many fields of science discussed here (e.g. physics, computer science, neuroscience, cognitive science psychology, social science), or if you are just interested in the current and future development of brain research and artificial intelligence. The book is both educating and entertaining and can be strongly recommended.

Cognition comprises mental process of the human brain. Artificial Intelligence tries to mimic these processes to solve complex problems and handle massive amounts of data. Serial vs. parallel and controlled vs. automated processes are the basis of cognitive sciences. Logic, probability theory and heuristics represent the pillars of theory formation for the human-machine comparison. Artificial neural networks (mimicking the human brain) are popular, because great advancements in specific fields were achieved. Systemic problem solving is still visionary, but a number of research projects are promising. Reciprocal, positive influences across disciplines might lead to rapid transformation. Polemics, as well idealism are out of place. Analysis must adhere to scientific and ethical standards with long-term orientation for the public good. After the physiological review, the next chapter will focus on consciousness (as a part of what gives life to physiology).

The today human being is part of the technological and scientific development dominated by information as a both raw material and base of knowledge. The easy and open accesses to information thrust forward the frontiers of development and communication, enlarge the development's paths and generate amazing changes, faster than ever happened. The way that data bases increase its volume becomes the most actual and complex problem. The ability to extract and process the knowledge and the speed of its processing represent unknown and provocative challenges for business profit and the intelligent society success. Their extraction from the informational noise and the ability to react and rapidly communicate are also important to be accurately customized and harmonized with the social elements. This paper demonstrates the usefulness of neuroscience, neuro-technologies and cognitive computing in finding innovative and customized solutions for solving complex problems in business. The conclusion of our study is that, in order to have an advanced and competitive European Union, it is absolutely necessary to develop innovative solutions for Competitive Intelligence that would include the fundamental elements of neuro-technologies and advanced Artificial Intelligence as Cognitive Business profitable keys.

The following provides background and context for the creation of a "Global Brain Institute" (GBI), summarizing the scientific theories and research that will form the focus of this new institute. After defining the subject as the emergence of distributed intelligence supported by the Internet, it quickly summarizes the history of research in this domain, and then focuses on the present situation as investigated by the ECCO research group. The document suggests that the impact of this research remains limited because of lack of funding and infrastructure, and proposes to solve this problem by creating a Global Brain Institute at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. The text concludes by sketching conceptual foundations for a future theory of the global brain: the global brain would emerge by self-organization in order to coordinate human and machine activities via the directed propagation of challenges from agent to agent across a global medium. It would thus play the role of a nervous system for the planetary organism. Motivation Tim Berners-Lee's breakthrough invention of the Web stems from a simple and easy way to link any kind of information, anywhere on Earth. Since then, the development of the web has been largely an erratic proliferation of mutually incompatible Web 2.0 technologies with no clear direction. This demands a new unified paradigm to facilitate their integration. The present document proposes to develop a theory of the global brain that would help us to understand and steer this ongoing evolution towards ever-stronger interconnection between humans and machines. If successful, this would help us achieve a much higher level of distributed intelligence, thus allowing us to efficiently tackle global problems too complex for present approaches. Definition of the Global Brain The global brain (GB) is the idea that all people of this planet together with the information and communication technologies that connect them form the equivalent of a nervous system or "brain" for the planet Earth [1], [2]. While this idea may initially have been formulated merely as a metaphor, globalization together with the explosive development of the worldwide web are turning it into an increasingly realistic model of the present information society. Indeed, the growing network of social, communication, and economic links make individuals, organizations, machines and even ecosystems across the world ever more interdependent. Moreover, the storage, exchange and propagation of information across this networks provides it with a level of knowledge and capability for intelligence that far surpasses that of any individual or organization. An extrapolation of these accelerating changes trends points towards a "metasystem transition" or "singularity" within the next few decades [3], [4]. This is the emergence of a new level of distributed intelligence that is as yet difficult to imagine, but that will radically alter the human condition.
Before a new drug is authorized for human use, the drug goes through a long procedure. They study their effects so that side effects and adverse consequences come to light. We are aware that sometimes business interests contradict the original goals of the medical profession. We can also forget to observe and test the real long-term effects. If we now look at Western societies, we see the implications of the hidden characteristics of the Western education system. If we look at real scientific criticism and discernment, we must realize that, in general, in terms of the form and content of the education system, at best, it lags behind the application of proven results of science. This lag has been centuries old. My suggestion is to review the communication theories used in the educational process, which is the basis for our approach to ourselves and our environment. Finally, this is the basis for self-knowledge. We adopted and handed over the dualistic, physicalist approach uncritically, and apply it in our conceptual framework in today's c o a c h i n g a p p r o a c h e s , p s y c h o l o g y a n d communication theories, pedagogy. Even though attempts to solve the problems of dualism have repeatedly failed in succession. I encourage the reader to apply the already known and proven scientific results. And beliefs should be avoided. This performance is one of the first steps to presenting a new communication theory. A method that captures the fullness, opportunity, value, and reality of every moment. In terms of its impact, it leads to Planet-friendly autonomous and responsible human behavior, not to grow the GDP.
The rise of cognitive warfare has reshaped modern conflict by positioning the human mind as a key battleground. This paper presents a detailed framework for understanding cognitive warfare, distinguishing it from related concepts, including information and psychological warfare. We emphasised the use of advanced technologies, such as AI and neuroscience, to target perception, decision-making, and social cohesion as key methods in executing cognitive warfare. The primary objective of the research was to investigate the socio-economic, cultural, and psychological vulnerabilities that render specific individuals and communities more susceptible to cognitive operations. The research further investigates the tools and techniques used in cognitive operations alongside strategies for countering their effects. Additionally, it addresses phenomena like captology, which influences cognitive processes without direct manipulation. The findings underscore the critical need for interdisciplinary approaches to confront these challenges and enhance national security, resilience, and policymaking.

It's quite conceivable that human thinking can be completely taken over by devices. In any case, there is a stage conceivable in the future when our thinking and doings will be completely regulated by machines. Or by those who are behind this development, or those who have programmed those devices. Just as the stupid have ended up in prisons and institutions, so too it can easily be arranged that people with an intelligence much less than AI are going to be completely monitored and controlled. At the moment, this is still a matter of speculation, but experiments in that direction have already been set in motion. However, what is "stupid," I wonder. Measuring the risk of clash and crash using my algorithm is quite different from an IQ-test. My message is: • Most scientific research is superfluous because they are impracticable and unsuitable in a non-technical field.
A brain-based approach can provide a framework for intelligence, for integration of biology and cognitive processes that have direct implications for education and brain plasticity. Intelligence is reframed here as a selective cluster of different cognitive processes often localized in broad divisions of the brain. Theories and systems that have guided investigation into the brain mechanisms for cognitive processes are reviewed. The focus is on education and cultural disadvantage, delineating changes in the brain due to learning and its dysfunction. Selected programs for enhancement of neurocognitive abilities are presented. Neuronal changes appear to occur as a consequence of learning throughout life. A brain-based approach not only relates to how intelligence works, but also opens the door to understanding the mind and hence consciousness. One may say that the mind is not an eclectic collection of intellectual functions of the brain. Rather, the ultimate goal of intelligence is to form a better view of self that gives meaning to an individual's existence.
