IFP-Intuitionistic fuzzy soft set theory and its applications

In this paper, the existing definition of the group-based generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set is clarified and redefined by merging intuitionistic fuzzy soft set over the set of alternatives and a group of intuitionistic fuzzy sets on parameters. In this prospect, two new subsets of the group-based generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set are proposed and several operations are contemplated. The two new aggregation operators called generalized group-based weighted averaging and generalized group-based weighted geometric operator are introduced. The related properties of proposed operators are discussed. Intuitionistic fuzzy soft set (IFSS) theory acts as a fundamental tool for handling the uncertainty in the data by adding a parameterizing factor during the process as compared to fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) theories. In this paper, an attempt has been made to this effect to describe the concept of generalized IFSS (GIFSS), as well as the group-based generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set (GGIFSS) in which the evaluation of the object is done by the group of experts rather than a single expert. Based on this information, a new weighted averaging and geometric aggregation operator has been proposed by taking the intuitionistic fuzzy parameter. Finally, a decision-making approach based on the proposed operator is being built to solve the problems under the intuitionistic fuzzy environment. An illustrative example of the selection of the optimal alternative has been given to show the developed method. Comparison analysis between the proposed and the existing operators have been performed in term of counter-intuitive cases for showing the superiority of the approach.

In this paper, we define OR and AND-products between intuitionistic fuzzy parameterized intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets [13] (ifp-intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets) and we then propose a decision making method called ∧−aggr decision making method based on ifp-intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets. Finally, we give an application of this decision making method on a problem including ifp-intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets.

The notion of generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set theory is proposed. Our generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set theory is a combination of the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy set theory and the soft set theory. In other words, our generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set theory is an extension of the intuitionistic fuzzy soft set theory. The complement, "and" and "or" operations are defined on the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets. Their basic properties for the generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets are also presented and discussed.

Soft set theory initiated by Molodtsov in 1999 has been emerging as a generic mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty. A noticeable progress is found concerning the practical use of soft set in decision making problems. This paper introduces the concept of intuitionistic multi fuzzy soft set (IMFSS) by combining the intuitionistic multi fuzzy set (IMFS) and soft set models. Then an algorithmic approach is presented by using induced fuzzy soft set and level soft set for dealing with decision making problem based on IMFSS. Finally the proposed algorithm has also been illustrated through a numerical example.

In this paper, three new operations are introduced on intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets .They are based on concentration, dilatation and normalization of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Some examples of these operations were given and a few important properties were also studied.

Molodtsov introduced the concept of soft sets and application of soft sets in decision making and medical diagnosis problems. This was later generalized to soft fuzzy set. In this paper we present the innovative definition of a soft intuitionistic fuzzy set. We also present the definitions of the operations of union, intersection, OR and AND operators of soft intuitionistic fuzzy sets along with illustrative examples.

Soft set theory acts as a fundamental tool for handling uncertainty in the data by adding a parameterization factor during the process as compared to fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy set theory. In the present manuscript, the work has been done under environment of the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Soft Sets (IFSSs), and some new averaging/geometric prioritized aggregation operators have been proposed whose preferences, related to attributes, are made in the form of IFSSs. Their desirable properties have also been investigated. Furthermore, based on these operators, an approach to investigating the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem has been presented. The e ectiveness of these operators has been demonstrated through a case study.
