Problem. In modern conditions as health care workers are fighting the coronavirus infection, the state of their occupational safety and hygiene needs to be studied. The article is devoted to this problem.Aim. During the state of emergency declared in the Republic of Serbia in early 2020 due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, medical professionals in the Republic of Serbia were subject to a special regime of work. In performing their professional duties, they were subject to specific restrictions in accordance with the Decision on the State of Emergency, the Defence Act, the Act on Military, Labour and Material Obligations, and the decisions of the RS Government and the Ministry of Health. Their employment position was subject to complex regulations and the organization of their professional duties was highly specific as well. CONFLICT COMPETENCE OF PHARMACY STUDENTS Conflict competence is an integral component of the professional competence of pharmacists and an important characteristic of them as specialists. However, nowadays an insufficient attention is paid to the study of the pharmacists' conflict competence specifics, and the developed general recommendations for the prevention and regulation of conflict situations do not always take into account the specific conditions that have developed in the pharmaceutical market. The aim of the work is to study the specifics of conflict competence of pharmaceutical students at the stage of professional training in order to develop recommendations for its development. In the empirical study, it was found that the most pronounced personality trait of the tested pharmaceutical students is "Conscientiousness", they are characterized by high motivation and persistence in their attitude to goals and actions. The level of readiness for negotiations and conflict resolution, as well as the level of empathy, is average in the majority of respondents. Pharmacy students, unlike psychology students, have a lower degree of extroversion, empathy for children, for characters in works of art, and for strangers or unfamiliar people, and in a conflict situation, they often resort to compromise. With the help of correlation analysis, the relationship between personality traits and behavior strategies in conflict was revealed. Subjects with the personality trait "Friendliness" in a conflict situation choose the adaptation strategy and avoid rivalry, with the personality trait "Conscientiousness" in the conflict choose the response strategy "Compromise". Ways to optimize the development of conflict competence at the stage of professional training are revealed.

Категория «конфликт интересов» появилась в российском трудовом законодательстве относительно недавно, при этом общих норм, регулирующих конфликт интересов работника и работодателя, в законодательстве не содержится. Кроме того, в трудовом праве отсутствуют специфические доктринальные признаки категории «конфликт интересов» в трудовом правоотношении, а ее применение связано с особым статусом таких субъектов, как работники государственных корпораций, публично-правовых и государственных компаний, работники, указанные в ст. 349 2 Трудового кодекса Российской Федерации, а также граждане, замещающие должности государственной или муниципальной службы. В связи с этим перед автором была поставлена цель исследовать значение категории «конфликт интересов» применительно к трудовым отношениям в целом, а не только к указанным категориям работников. Для реализации поставленной цели требовалось ответить на вопрос, какое место занимают понятия «интерес» и «конфликт интересов» в трудовых отношениях, а также обосновать возможность существования конфликта интересов в трудовом праве как самостоятельной категории в качестве предпосылки для возникновения трудового спора; выявить различия в значении понятия «конфликт интересов», применимого для целей законодательства о противодействии коррупции, а также для трудового законодательства. При написании работы наряду с общими методами научного познания применялись специальные правовые методы: анализ терминологии, изучение законодательства, обобщение имеющихся в науке идей относительно понятия и регламентации категории «конфликт интересов». Сформулирован вывод, что в трудовых отношениях конфликт интересов можно рассматривать как предпосылку для возникновения трудового спора. У статті авторами піднімається питання щодо мобінгу як особливого виду трудового конфлікту. Авторами проаналізовано зарубіжну доктрину, погляди науковців, а також європейський підхід до розуміння мобінгу як форми психологічного насилля на робочому місці. Зокрема, виділено два можливих способи вирішення такого трудового конфлікту. Перший спосіб шляхом застосування антидискримінаційного законодавства. Ця форма ґрунтується на законодавчих положеннях щодо такої форми дискримінації як утиск, як поведінки небажаної для особи та/або групи осіб, метою або наслідком якої є приниження їх людської гідності за певними ознаками або створення стосовно такої особи чи групи осіб напруженої, ворожої, образливої або зневажливої атмосфери. The article raises the issue of mobbing as a particular type of labor conflict, which creates psychological discomfort for the subjects of labor law, especially workers, and makes it impossible to exercise a proper right to work. The authors analyze foreign doctrine, the views of scholars, and the European approach to understanding mobbing as a form of psychological violence in the workplace. In particular, the authors draw attention to the lack of regulatory regulation of this issue in national legislation. In particular, the authors are reviewing the currently withdrawn draft laws on countering and preventing mobbing and ensuring proper working conditions. The authors paid special attention to the comparison of the normatively proposed definitions and theoretical developments. In particular, the authors pointed out the existence of shortcomings in the formulation of definitions, which in turn could lead to inefficient application of the rules, as well as to some regulatory confusion. The authors also compared these bills. The authors investigate the experience of settling this issue in Germany, Finland, France, as well as pan-European norms. Analyzing foreign experience, the authors identified two possible ways to solve mobbing as a particular type of labor conflict. The first way is by applying anti-discrimination legislation. This form is based on legal provisions regarding such forms of discrimination as harassment, such as conduct that is undesirable for a person and / or group of persons, the purpose or effect of which is to humiliate their human dignity on certain grounds or to create, in such a person or group, a tense, hostile, abusive or abusive or abusive person. derogatory atmosphere. Аннотация. Рассматривается проблема поддержания социального порядка в ситуации организационных изменений на примере одного из подразделений медицинского учреждения военного профиля. Столкнувшись с необходимостью разделения на две части, одна из которых переместилась на базу гражданской клиники, а вторая-на другую площадку той же организации, коллектив оказался в ситуации адаптации к новым условиям и правилам работы. Исследовательский интерес представляли субкультура конкретной профессиональной группы, а также результаты «поломки» социального порядка и способы его восстановления, предпринимаемые специалистами на новом рабочем месте. В качестве теоретической рамки исследования использовались разработанные в социологии и социальной антропологии представления об организационной и профессиональной культурах, а также концепция социального порядка Г. Гарфинкеля, реконструированная А. Корбутом. Эмпирическую базу составили интервью с девятью специалистами операционного блока, взятые как до, так и после организационных изменений. В результате были сформулированы выводы о специфике субкультуры данного профессионального сообщества. Используя в качестве одной из ключевых метафор при описании рабочего места образ «дома», медики отмечали некие заведенные «правила» жизни и поведения в коллективе, которые не поддаются рефлексии и логическому осмыслению и которые оказались эксплицированными в результате организационных изменений. Основное отличие нового места работы от старого заключается в переходе от «режима повседневности» на «режим осознанности»-привычные действия и технологии работы потеряли характер естественности и «нормальности».
