Retired Army LtCol Joseph A. Ruffini has worked tirelessly over the last year and a half to compile the JPR and Associates 'Master's Series'. This collection contains operational summaries of 36 national security and anti-terrorism studies and publications, and is currently licensed for use by OSPA, the Naval War College, FEMA, TSA, NSTI, US NORCOM, Wells Fargo, and more.
OSPA offers the series to all members, at no cost, in the member's section, although a free portion may be found here.

The Operations Security Professional's Association (OSPA) is a tax exempt Non-profit organization dedicated to improving awareness of Operations Security procedures, as well as building cohesion amongst its members. OSPA members work together behind the scenes to further the discipline, as well as creating and sharing information on a wide range of subjects, such as information security, OPSEC briefings, Security Briefings, OPSEC program management and more.
OSPA has a collaborative structure to encourage peer development and sharing on an international scope across government, law enforcement, business, communities and academia, and is dedicated to providing relevant, accurate and timely information and resources for all Professionals
OSPA recognizes the IOSS OPSEC team as the foremost experts in the discipline, and strive to ensure that new information is presented complimentary to their high standards.

 OSPA has begun releasing courses at the OSPA OPSEC Academy. Several courses are now available for review and attendance. Each course is written by world-class subject matter experts, and made available to the IOSS for oversight and verification. Completion of any course will give the student a certificate and access to their individual transcript. And best of all, it's free! Advanced OPSEC Training online courses are being developed for current OSPA members. |
