Forty five patients undergoing operations on head and neck were recruited and randomly assigned to two parallel groups-lornoxicam and tramadol, both given intramuscular on the first post-operative day followed by oral tablets for the consecutive 4 days. Treatment was given single blind. 10 cm visual analog scale (VAS) pain score and wound tenderness assessed by a 3-point ordinal scale were the primary efficacy parameters. Use of rescue medication and percentage of subjects having at least 50 % pain relief by 48 h were also compared as secondary parameters. The groups were comparable at baseline regarding age, sex and VAS score. There was steady decline in VAS pain score from baseline to study end in both the groups, indicating good analgesic efficacy with either drug. Between groups comparisons of VAS score showed no significant difference at any time point. Between groups comparisons of wound tenderness also showed no significant difference. Five patients on lornoxicam and one patient on tramadol experienced at least 50 % pain relief at 48 hours compared to baseline while five patients from the lornoxicam group and eight from the tramadol group required rescue medicine. The tolerability of lornoxicam appeared to be significantly superior to tramadol, with less number of patients experiencing adverse drug reactions. Lornoxicam is safe, effective and comparable to tramadol for relieving postoperative pain after operations on head and neck.

As more remote correspondence, diversion and driver help frameworks multiply the vehicle market, the rate of interruption related accidents is relied upon to heighten. In any case, there is a real concern in regards with the impacts of such gadgets on street wellbeing -both according to the perspective of progress in driving styles, just as potential interruption brought about by the in-vehicle criticism. This paper gives an audit of momentum research on in-vehicle driver pose and a few workstation specifically, given that this gadget has gotten the best consideration in the writing. The point of this exploration is to give a thought regarding viewpoint perspective on different vehicle and a similar report on their drivers. Various versatile vehicle we find in our everyday life. The examination showed an outline of normal vehicle driver's issues and ergonomic ramifications on driving. This examination gives a topical perspective on vehicle drivers wellbeing plan combination and a few writing audit underlined the issues and intriguing proposals.

Fusion welding of dissimilar metals like copper and nickel, copper and aluminum alloy is always a difficult task due to the different physical, chemical, thermal properties, poor control of grain size and it has a deleterious effect on mechanical properties. Automotive industries have been widely accepted the ultrasonic metal welding process for assembling lithium-ion battery tabs. The aim of this current work is to investigate the weldability of two dissimilar metals namely aluminum (AA1060) and cupronickel (UNS C71500) sheets at various levels of welding time, vibration amplitudes and welding pressures with a fixed ultrasonic frequency of 20 kHz. The highest ultimate tensile shear strength test of joint achieved at highest vibration amplitude with moderate welding pressure and weld time. Weld ...

Innovation has been assessed to accomplish unadulterated liberation within a few decades. To anticipate the insurgency and how it will change is hesitant. However, one thing is sure: it will be an interdisciplinary world organized by, including all players in the worldwide political framework, from government and business to the scholarly world and everyday society. We will audit the modern transformations from IR 1.0 to IR 5.0. In this paper, the idea of modern revolution 6.0 is examined, and cutting-edge vision is also referenced. A similar investigation of the modern insurgency uncovers a detailed picture of innovation, cycle, and framework progression. Augmented reality frameworks and artificial awareness are a portion of the arising regions used to describe the sixth modern transformation. Internet of Things (IoT) and network protection are among the arising regions used to depict the sixth modern revolution. The current paper outlines the manageability of Industry 6.0 from a worldwide viewpoint with the vision, goal, and change of Industrial Revolutions. The only point of industry 6.0 is to seize the new advances, which can be applied overall and convey abundance, flourishing away from the gig and giving development to countries across every single planetary limit. The sixth modern upset is more engaged with the augmented experience frameworks, manufactured consciousness, Internet of Things (IoT), and network protection is a portion of the arising regions used to portray the sixth current unrest.

It encompasses things like the system, staff, and environmental safety, among other things. Road traffic accidents have caused a great deal of economic and environmental damage, thus e-rickshaw transportation safety is critical. The majority of these mishaps were caused by human error. Various accident models have been developed for the analysis of accidents and future safety. The fault tree analysis, which helps assess the failure probability of the causes, is used to examine and quantify human-based errors in this study. Man-machine interaction opens up some constraints like, cost, unwavering quality, security, ecological effect, usability, accessible human and material assets and to achieve this organized, manageable structure needed. Ergonomics provide a safety to the users and ease approach to a work. To do so, the study encountered some issues related to the drivers such as, Physical stress, body pain, muscle disorder, ache, numbness on joints etc. decrease the way of living. According to the findings, there were major human variables that contributed the most to the accident's occurrence. These incidents can be prevented if necessary precautions are taken, and the findings can be utilized as a reference for future maritime accident investigations and safety.

This unfavourable incident hampered surface finish and reduce the life f tool. During any machining operation such as turning; the tool and the performed blank stick together like welding action. Under high compressive stress, seizure keeps the material from sliding over the cutting tool rake face. The presence or non-appearance of a developed edge (BUE) is significant according to apparatus wear and surface completion. The potential systems and cycles of wear impacted by the various kinds of the built-up edge were talked about in our study. Metallographic examinations have indicated that recrystallization happens in the streamed layer. The progression of sub microscopic crystallites over the tool-face affects tool wear. From the experiment, the most positive cutting conditions, from the perspective of both wear and surface completion, happen without a developed edge. This work and moderate reports on the investigation of the BUE calculation of C30 steel machined at low rates with and without a cutting liquid.

Due to high educational workload degree university students suffered a lot of physical and mental stresses throughout the year. The objective of this study was to investigate muscular and cognitive disorders in engineering undergraduates irrespective of engineering branches. A self-reported musculoskeletal questionnaire survey was organized among students (n=72) and segregated yearwise. Students were also participated in a Mental Cognitive assessment test to highlight psychological stress over the years of enrollment. This paper showed that physical stresses of undergraduates (68%) were high enough in respect to other years. The outcome of study highlighted that physical, as well as mental disorders of learners were high in third-year students compared to other years of participants. Due to several socioeconomic factors, new learners were physically exhausted within a period. Over years of studying due to education and search for jobs, mental stresses were dilated. Self-efficacy is most strongly influenced by graduate students. While perceived physical problems of undergraduates a counseling session may reduce cognitive stress. The implication and modification of existing coursework on engineering programs may reduce such stresses.
