Setiap Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) maupun Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) khususnya dengan profil ilmu komputer di wilayah Indonesia tentu membutuhkan kepala laboratorium untuk me-manage, monitoring dan controlling serta mampu memberikan solusi pada setiap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh staff laboratorium. Dalam pemilihan kepala laboratorium, kadangkala terjadi permasalahan yang diakibatkan proses pemilihan dilakukan secara subjektif. Oleh karena itu, u ntuk mendapatkan kepala laboratorium yang tepat, masing-masing alternatif harus memiliki kriteria-kriteria terlebih dahulu. Setiap kriteria ini memiliki bobot masing-masing yang nantinya diolah dengan metode Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS). Employees are one of the important aspects in an agency. The management of human resources (HR) of a company greatly influences many aspects of determining the work success of the agency. One of the most important in HR management in an agency is the selection of the best employees periodically so that the selected ones will be given an award in the form of bonuses to motivate employees to improve their performance and loyalty. The large number of employees in an agency makes the process of selecting the best employees less effective if done manually. This is due to a comparison between many criteria with many alternatives. WASPAS method is one method that can solve problems in the process of selecting employees. The highest Qi value is Q1 alternative value that will be recommended to be the best employee, which is 0,85.

This logistical projection data processing using software of Matlab 6.1. After using Backpropogation finally found the best architectural pattern is 8-3-3-1 of 5 aritektur architecture that has been tested. Of the pattern is then predicted projection logistics at General Hospital Kartini range in 2014 will increase to 91 290 from 65 422 in 2013 for an increase of 25 868 (28.33%).

Training activities utilization of computer technology in the world of education's presented by lecture methods, demonstrations and frequently asked questions. Lecture method's used to explain the concept of the application used is M.Excell. A demonstration method to demonstrate a process of work's the stages of each activity and practice it, while the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity to consult in overcoming the constraints that occur in the processing of values manually.
