Emotionally strong teachers impact teaching learning process in schools positively. The present study was conducted to find out the effects of emotional intelligence (EI) competencies of teachers on student-teacher relationship and student’s motivation at elementary level. Twenty five competencies of teachers were explored under five major domains i.e. emotional self-awareness, motivation, self-regulation, social-skills and social-awareness. In this article, the focus is based on the importance of collaboration in online instructions. The major concerns are centering on the following questions: What is Collaboration? Why choose collaboration as a strategy? What collaboration tools are commonly used online? Every decision making process produces a final choice. The output can be an action or an opinion. The purpose of this descriptive survey was to explore the Decision making practices in administrative and academic matters in the universities of Pakistan. A sample of nineteen universities was selected by applying stratified random sampling technique. The respondents, i-e members of university bodies; teachers and administrative officers were selected randomly. Three questionnaires constructed on Likert's fivepoint scale were used for data collection. Data was tabulated and analyzed by using the F-ratio and Chi-square. The survey results revealed that overall decision-making practices in the universities were found unsatisfactory and, most of the decisions were made without application of management decision-making techniques.

A questionnaire was constructed and filled by teachers of ten public sector universities of Punjab. Perceptions of two hundred and thirty-five teachers were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings were highlighting that teachers showed a low level of awareness towards global citizenship education; however positive attitude towards global citizenship education was counted. Implementation of GCE is essential in order to prepare a civilized generation. However, there are some challenges teachers have encountered in implementing Global Citizenship Education in higher education institutions, such as inadequate environment, no provision in education police to teach it as a subject and lack of training regarding GCE. This study aimed at to assess the creative thinking abilities of undergraduate university student... more This study aimed at to assess the creative thinking abilities of undergraduate university students through the lens of some selected demographical variables. Data were analyzed of 200 students who have sampled purposively as per the categorical variables under study. Creative thinking was measured by self-developed questionnaire. The statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between the demographic variables and creative thinking. Parental education contributes the highest, whereas program selection has the lowest contribution in developing creative thinking. The magnitude of the gender and residential area are significantly predicting creative thinking. Findings clearly indicated that some selected demographic variables such gender, parent education, residential location and program selection are predictors of creative thinking.

The present research report is about the success of child friendly schools programs through a comparison of learning environment of child friendly schools with conventional schools. Without viable teaching aptitude, success will be merely a wishful thinking; therefore, the purpose of the present study was to explore the teaching aptitude of teachers working in primary schools and to investigate demographic differences. A total number of 600 teachers participated in this study. A self-developed instrument was used to measure teaching aptitude of teachers after pilot testing. Cronbach"s alpha was used to determine the reliability coefficient (i-e 0.79). The results revealed that under the established norms, overall high teaching aptitude was found among primary teachers. Among the regions of Punjab, Southern Punjab"s teachers were significantly low in their teaching aptitude. Participants of the study include 149 undergraduates enrolled in second and sixth semester of different departments of University of Sargodha who are learning English as a foreign language. The questionnaire used in this study is the abbreviated form of Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS). An inventory is also used to determine different situations that provoke anxiety. Finally, students’ GPA in English classes is taken to find its relationship with language anxiety. The results show that language anxiety and achievement are negatively related to each other. Resilience is the ability to succeed despite barriers that make it difficult for the students to ... more Resilience is the ability to succeed despite barriers that make it difficult for the students to succeed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between resilience and academic achievement of secondary level students of Gujranwala, Pakistan. A Resilience scale was used to collect data. The sample consisted of 127 secondary students, including 52 boys and 75 girls. The data revealed that there was no association between resilience and achievement as measured through marks obtained in 10th grade. The boys are more resilient than girls at the secondary level in Pakistan.

It is the best thought as a process, requiring a mixture of ingredients, including personality traits, abilities and skills. This article compares the differences in creative thinking abilities between students with high and low levels of academic achievements. A total number of 208 secondary school students participated in this study. Two groups were formulated i-e high achievers (n=104) and low achievers (n=104). Analysis of data was done using t-test for independent sample to estimate the comparison at 0.05 levels. A self developed instrument was used to measure the creative thinking potential. Results of the study revealed that there was no difference between high achievers and low achievers in terms of creative thinking abilities. However, girls and the students belonging to urban areas found better in their creative thinking.
