This shift has raised concerns about employees' health issues and the role of organizational support, as they can have a profound effect on employees' attitudes to work. However, despite their importance, there is a dearth of empirical evidence to ascertain whether or to what extent they impact educational professionals' job satisfaction, work engagement and turnover intention. This paper aims to address this deficit. A sample of 288 remote working education professionals in Brazil was analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques. We found that health complaints and organizational support have distinct effects on education professionals' job satisfaction, engagement and turnover intention. In addition, our results reveal that job satisfaction and engagement have an impact on turnover intention. The results emphasize the importance of providing adequate support to education professionals who work remotely to cultivate a healthier and more productive work environment. These findings contribute valuable insights that may assist organizations in enabling effective remote work practices and ensure a positive work experience for education professionals.

It proposes that organizations should exploit external competencies such as knowledge, infrastructure and relationships to help accelerate the generation, development and com-mercialization of technologies and innovations. Chesbrough (2006) defines open innovation as The use of purposive inflows and outflows of knowledge to accelerate internal innovation, and to expand the markets for external use of innovation, respectively. (p. 1) Literature suggests that there are two components that are central to the open innovation model.

To do this, a social network perspective was adopted using four measures to assess key elements of shared leadership networks. These are (a) network density, (b) centralization, (c) efficiency and (d) strength. Data was collected from a sample of 22 engineering design teams who adopt a shared leadership approach. Our results support previous findings that the density of a shared leadership network is positively related to team creativity. In contrast, we learned that centralization exerts a negative influence on it. Moreover, while we found that there is no evidence to support a positive correlation between efficiency and team creativity, we demonstrate an inverted U-shaped relationship between strength and team creativity in a shared leadership network. These findings are important because they add to the academic debate in the shared leadership area and provide valuable insights for managers.

It is therefore imperative for researchers to clearly comprehend the mechanism of shared leadership in teams. Contributing to the burgeoning research in the field of shared leadership, this study aims to advance our understanding along the many dimensions of the shared leadership phenomenon: its antecedents, moderators, and consequences. In this article, we provide a critical and comprehensive analysis of the extant literature and generate an integrated framework that presents seven hypotheses and five research questions. We then empirically test this framework via a systematic metaanalysis from 40 studies (team n = 3,019). Significantly, our findings reveal that the internal team environment and team heterogeneity are positively related to the emergence of shared leadership in teams. Moreover, we confirm the positive relationship between shared leadership and team outcomes. Our analysis also highlights how intragroup trust and task interdependence significantly moderate the shared leadership-team outcomes relations, with higher correlations observed in greater levels of intragroup trust, as well as larger levels of task interdependence. We also find the moderating effect of shared leadership measurement methods in such relations. Specifically, there is a stronger relationship when shared leadership is measured with social network analysis, rather than aggregating approaches. Overall, our study brings valuable insights into the shared leadership area and provides clear directions for future research.

Strategies for need assessment are often used to assess and select ideas during the idea generation phase of the new product development process. However, there is still a large gap between evaluating ideas and evaluating the performance of a product according to the user's needs. To address that gap, this paper aims to formulate propositions and identify key insights on how to evaluate the performance of new products according to the user's needs from a design perspective. Towards our aim, we conducted 10 in-depth interviews with design thinking professionals from Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI) in order to identify relevant concepts that could be used for product assessment. The findings provide preliminary results of how to link need assessment in product performance and idea selection in design thinking. This research intends to contribute to the literature by advancing the discussions on need assessment in new product performance by adding new perspectives from design.
