Still uses voting machines to hold elections, which comes with high costs and manual labour. But voting plays a crucial role in the election of high-ranking government officials and reflects our view of how a governing body should be formed. Investigations are conducted from time to time to troubleshoot the central voting system, increasing anonymity, credibility and security while preventing all types of fraud. In this paper, there is an implementation of a method that uses deep learning techniques which develops a smart voting system. Due to its advanced features, most researchers follow and use the Boosted Cascade framework. The enhanced Cascade Framework features help you calculate and build a classifier that works more accurately. However, this accuracy rate requires a large number of Cascade Stages to help reduce similar performance with the detection and recognition accuracy. This provides protection in the sense that the most secure voter password is verified before a vote is received on the main database of the Indian Electoral Commission and voters can verify that his or her vote has reached to correct participant of election. The votes counting is done automatically, thus saving a lot of time and the results can be announced in a very short time by the Indian Electoral Commission. The user verification process is enhanced by adding a face recognition to the app that will determine whether the voter is a certified user or not.

Machine learning (ML) is a crucial perspective for acquiring real-world and operative solution for crop yield issue. From a given set of predictors, ML can predict a target/outcome by using Supervised Learning. To get the desired outputs need to generate a suitable function by set of some variables which will map the input variable to the aim output. Crop yield prediction incorporates forecasting the yield of the crop from past historical data which includes factors such as temperature, humidity, ph, rainfall, crop name. Ragas like darbari and khamaj are found to defuse mental tension, particularly in the case of hysterics. Raga malhar pacifies anger, excessive mental, excitement & mental instability, Raga jaijaivanti have also been pound effective in curing mental disorders and calming the mind. Although it is require to verify this raga correlation systematically. By survey, it has been seen that no schemes have demonstrated yet. The proposed research presented in this paper is aimed to discover the science behind phonetics of raga and its effects on nerve system. This research is one step to explore scientifically the ancient way of alternative medicine i.e. raga therapy, which is a need of the day since current advances in technology and rising workload on human being is accompanied by stress relating to mental disorders. This research focuses on to study the influence of Indian classical ragas structure on human body while person is listening and experiencing an emotion in it by capturing EEG signals. The brainwave signals database will be collected and analyze. This research work addresses these objectives and aims to present a strong case which will help medical practitioners like psychiatrist, to treat patient by injecting music stimulus.

The data which is analyzed is the twitter data. The four steps are followed for the sentiment analysis in the first step, the first step is applied in which data pre-processed. In the second step feature of the data will be extracted which is given as input to the third step in which data is classified for the sentiment analysis. In this paper, pattern based technique is applied for the feature extraction in which patterns are generated from the existing patterns which increase the accuracy of data classification. The proposed algorithm is been implemented in python using the nltk tool box and it is been analyzed that execution time is reduced and accuracy is increased at steady rate.

Certain raags produces peace happiness ,cheerfullness, sad and Depression mood. According to Indian aesthetics, each poem or musical composition produces a certain rasa (emotion). Local Binary Patterns (LBP) have been well exploited for facial image analysis in the existing work, the LBP histograms are extracted from local facial regions, and used as a whole for the regional description. In this empirical paper we studied LBP Histogram (LBP) bins for the task of facial expression recognition while listening to Indian classical ragas. Our experiments illustrate that the selected LBP bins provide a compact and discriminative facial expression representation. The selected LBP bins will be used to obtain the best recognition performance rate on collected database.
