He holds Ph.D. degree in Finance (Banking Technology) from Department of Banking Technology, Pondicherry Central University, Puducherry. He has 46 published almost research papers include in ABDC (A and C Category Journals), Scopus, Web of Science, Thomas Returners, UGC care list and peer viewed Journals. He has completed two Ph.D. Research Scholar in area of Human Resource & marketing and five Research Scholar submitted the thesis, waiting for Viva in the area of Banking, Entrepreneur and Human Resource. He has been resource person and delivered guest lecturer for MBA Schools and Universities on topics of Finance, Banking, Data Analysis and other statistical software. He serves as a member of the College and Business School's Board of Studies.Received the certificate awarded in recognition of exceptional dedication to fostering knowledge, nurturing minds, and promoting academic excellence (ICIRD 24) by Shinawatra University, Thailand. Design/Methodology/Approach: Standard Multiple Linear regression model is used to predict the performance of the employees and one-way ANOVA is used to compare the artificial intelligence based recruitment with performance indicating variables namely reliability, productivity, Automation, Gamification & Training using SPSS. Snowball sampling method has been adopted for a sample size of 440 respondents working in leading recruitment consultancies in urban Bangalore. Findings: There is a greater association between the recruitment and performance variables when artificial intelligence is adopted as it is significant at 0.001 per cent level and productivity being the maximum. However, the impact of implementing gamification for recruitment doesn't have a significant impact on the output due to partial significant effect on the adoption as (p = 0.046 < 0.05). Value of "R" is 0.604 and the coefficient of determination is 0.365. Productivity, Training, Automation & Reliability are the significant predictors of the performance in employees. Originality/Value: Artificial intelligence has emerged as a boon to the recruiters by automating the repetitive tasks, administrative tasks. Intelligent screening helps in automating resume screening, recruiter Chatbots for real-time candidate engagement, and digitization of interviews. This promotes pro-active strategic decision making better by the recruiters.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to experimentally test the hypothesized Three-Part Theoreti... more Purpose: The purpose of this study is to experimentally test the hypothesized Three-Part Theoretical (TPT) Framework in order to evaluate the impact of the Artificial Intelligence enabled Service Robot, MAYA, among rural banking customers in exploring Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. The study is based on the Diffusion of Innovation Theory (DOI) and aims to confirm the implementation of such advanced technology in rural banking. Methodology: Multi-Stage Cluster sampling method was adopted to collect the responses from the 385 through Triangulation technique from customers across the rural banking customers across Southern States of India within age group between 21 -50 years. SAS and Smart PLS 4 were used to apply Simple Percentage Analysis, and Structural Equation Modelling to validate the hypothesis. The key constructs are System Feature, Customer Feature, System Encounter feature, Customer Satisfaction & Customer Loyalty. Results: System feature, Customer feature of the Service Robot, MAYA have a direct positive influence on the Customer Satisfaction but System Encounter feature has a direct negative influence on the Customer Satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction has a direct positive influence on Customer Loyalty with higher predictive capacity. Implications: The benefits of using service robots include increased efficiency, improved safety, and reduced labour costs. It offers personalized assistance to customers, guiding them through the banking process and answering their queries. These findings of the study will facilitate banking managers to enhance rural marketing.

Design/Methodology/Approach: The study includes 50 respondents, employees in the leading foreign-based investment banks operating in urban Bangalore, applying the snowball sampling method through a structured questionnaire. Business model, strategy, database, customized product, market research, operating cost, and employment are the variables. SPSS has been used to test the hypothesis through One-way ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). Findings: Employment, operating cost, and analytical skills are the key human resource factors impacting the performance. Business models, strategies, and customer database, are the significant factors of asset management. Attractive business avenues, eminent personnel, customer database are the formative factors of quality management. Job roles, portfolio seeding, segment business are the most highly influencing performance factors in offering excellent service to the clients by these banks as they are significant at 0.001 per cent level. Environmental problems have become a major concern in today’s world. Consumer’s attitude has changed in buying the products. Green marketing is a much broader concept and it includes industrial goods and services, consumer goods, etc. It is a necessity that both consumers as well as businessmen abstain from harmful products. Thus, this paper analyzes the impact on consumer buying behaviour towards Green products in Bangalore City. A well structured questionnaire was prepared to collect one hundred respondents and simple random sampling technique had been used for this study. The findings of the study showed that most of the respondents (65 per cent) are female, 89 per cent of the respondents belong to the age group between 18-24. Therefore, product is the most influencing marketing element.
