Przyjmuj¹c powy¿sz¹ przes³ankê, doty-cz¹c¹ wielowymiarowego spojrzenia na wartooeae danej organizacji, nale¿y zwróciae uwagê, ¿e nie w ka¿dej organizacji wartooeae jest uto¿samiana z wymiernymi zyskami dla akcjonariuszy, udzia³owców i w³aoecicieli. W perspektywie strategicznej nie da siê zapewniae im wymiernych korzyoeci, jeoeli firma nie bêdzie kreowa³a wartooeci dla pozosta³ych grup interesariuszy-w szczególnooeci dla klientów i pracowników. Celem artykułu było zaproponowanie usprawnienia procesu kompletacji w hurtowni działającej w branży elektrotechnicznej, które polegało na zaprojektowaniu systemu kodów lokalizacji produktów. Dokonano pomiarów czasów poszczególnych czynności wykonywanych podczas realizacji zamówienia klienta oraz ustalono korelację między liczbą pozycji asortymentowych w realizowanym zamówieniu a czasem trwania czynności przygotowania produktów do odbioru. Na podstawie szeregu rozdzielczego punktowego ustalono średni czas trwania czynności przygotowania produktów po wprowadzeniu zaproponowanego rozwiązania.

Transportation strategy, which constitutes a very important element of the distribution plan for ... more Transportation strategy, which constitutes a very important element of the distribution plan for many companies, includes such the decision-making components as delivery or the need for direct reception by the customer, the type of used vehicles and often also a selection of their own or third party transport. Due to the importance of this choice for companies operating in the beer market the aim of the article was to compare the use of its own or third party transport from the point of view of cost and qualitative factors by using method Make Or Buy (MOB). In the article the selected indicator of own and third party transport and transport service quality evaluation were assessed with scoring method.

Purpose: The aim of the article was to identify factors that are linear combinations of the varia... more Purpose: The aim of the article was to identify factors that are linear combinations of the variables under scrutiny that affect the duration of court proceedings. Design/Methodology/Approach: This research was conducted on commercial cases, based on the Principal Components Analysis (PCA). The original variables were grouped into factors that are correlated with each other. The Kaiser Criterion (own value >1) was chosen as the main criterion determining the number of factors. The conducted research was subordinated to six phases, largely linked to the data mining scheme (CRISP-DM). Seven variables of a strict numerical nature marked as (vn) were distinguished from the features describing court proceedings. Findings: Based on the analysis, two main quantitative factors characterising the examined cases were identified. The first factor groups the variables:(v4) Number of hearings in the first instance/second instance, (v5) The number of days from the first hearing to the case being settled, (v6) The judgement in the first instance (number of pages), (v7) Volume of files (number of volumes),and the second one:(v1) The court fee paid, (v2) The value of the subject matter of the dispute, (v3) The number of days to the first hearing. Further research will be conducted into the development of relations between the variables in different areas of their variability, particularly with respect to the value of the matter in dispute.

The purpose of the author's research was the evaluation of activities related to eco-innovations ... more The purpose of the author's research was the evaluation of activities related to eco-innovations of micro-and small-sized enterprises (MSSEs) in the Małopolskie Province. Design/methodology/approach: The paper presents the results of the author's own surveys conducted in 2020 and 2021 based on a total sample of 524 micro-and small-sized entrepreneurs who declared their interest in taking part in the survey. The entrepreneurs answered questions regarding their companies' current operations, sources of financing and also assessed their activities in the context of eco-innovative solutions or partnerships with R&B institutions. Findings: The paper presents the role of innovations in the process of sustainable development accounting for environmental aspects as implemented by entrepreneurs as part of investments. Originality/value: research shows how important innovation is in the SME sector.

The aim of this paper was to analyze the process of planning and realization transport of beer in relation to the factors determining the course of the transport process. The essence of the transport process, its principles and determinants in relation to a case study conducted on the example of the transport planning process in Kompania Piwowarska was presented.

According to the concept of K. Prahalad and M. S. Krishnan, an operational business model consists of three basic components. The first two are social architecture and technical architecture that represent specific resources. The third component comprises business processes. The operating business model according to the principles of the New Era of Innovation was used. Introduction/background: The protection of personal data, as the protection of information on nat... more Introduction/background: The protection of personal data, as the protection of information on natural persons by entities which hold it, is currently a topic of considerable interest. Proper protection of personal data is closely related to the way the organisation is managed. Lack of management awareness of the dangers of inappropriate procedures in this respect can lead to abuse and even crime, e.g. identity theft. In the light of doubts as to whether to rely on existing solutions or build a system from scratch, there are many research problems in this area. Aim of the paper: The cognitive goal of this article is to analyse the basics of building a system of personal data protection in the scope of creating new internal regulations and to indicate the role of the Data Protection Officer, while the utilitarian goal is to analyse the case of a request to erase the processed data. Materials and methods: A selected organisation was studied, where a process map with a detailed description of actions was drawn up on the basis of participant observation and direct interviews. Results and conclusions: The conclusions indicate that the Data Protection Officer may perform the function of a person responsible for the system. However, their activities must be supported by information obtained from within the organisation. Therefore, it is important to involve the highest management in the development of the personal data protection system. The foundations for creating a procedure to handle the request for erasure of personal data were also indicated.
