Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Log on to the xLab UI
• Enter a search keyword to look for created experiments. Results should display
• Add a space in front of the keyword used

What happens?:

• The results no longer show up

What should have happened instead?:

• Keyword should be trimmed of space and results persist
