AI refers to replicating human intelligence, programmed to think and learn like humans. AI technologies include machine learning, natural language processsing, computer vision, and robotics [The Federal Government, 2020, 10]. These technologies allow computers to perform tasks that normally require human-like intelligence, such as understanding language, recognizing objects, and making decisions based on data. "Artificial intelligence is a system that can make predictions, recommendations or decisions for a certain set of goals defined by a person, influencing reality" [Araya, 2022, 8]. AI is used in almost every industry, including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, transportation, and more. AI has the potential to improve efficiency, productivity and accuracy in many aspects of daily life, and is expected to have a significant impact on the economy and society in the coming years. AI is transforming the world we live in and it is becoming more and more common in our daily lives. AI is changing the way we interact with technology, from virtual personal assistants like Siri to self-driving cars and automated customer service bots. However, AI not only has the potential to revolutionize our personal lives, but it can also develop key sectors in the country if it is applied effectively in the public administration system. The study of AI, as well as its improvement, will allow us to process huge amounts of data within seconds, through which analyzes will be made and decisions will be made, in which there will be little or no chance of error. Foreign professional literature on artificial intelligence, scientific, analytical and online publications of researchers, as well as the world index of AI served as an information base for the study. For the sake of scientific analysis, the subject of research was divided into separate parts, and each of these parts was studied. During the study, the separately studied parts were put together, as a result of which conclusions were made. Literature review. As such, there are no Armenian researches on the topic of the application of AI in the state administration system, the main studies were carried out by foreign authors and through this research, reference was made to the strengthening of the state in the case of the latter's significant application in the state system of the Republic of Armenia (hereafter RA). Armenia is home to stunning national parks with significant potential—the basis that served as the main motivation for this article.
It is widely recognized that there is a deep and enduring bond between humans and nature,rooted in ecosystems that require protection. In the context of modern tourism, this connectiontakes on even greater importance. The article highlights this relationship by emphasizing the
principles of cooperation, preservation, and sustainable use of natural resources.
A particular focus is placed on sustainable tourism practices within Armenia’s national parks,using them as case studies to demonstrate how ecotourism can be developed. To support ourresearch, we conducted a sample survey to gather public opinion on ecotourism development in
Armenia. The survey emphasized respondents’ personal attitudes toward the use and protection ofthese natural areas.
Based on the findings, we conclude that Armenia’s national parks have the potential tobecome key destinations for ecotourism. However, this potential can only be realized througheffective management. Ultimately, those committed to preserving these natural environments forfuture generations must work in harmony with nature, understanding its value and acting as itsstewards.

The bodies of the public administration system include ministries, as well as other entities subo... more The bodies of the public administration system include ministries, as well as other entities subordinate to the Government, the Prime Minister, and the ministries, whose formation procedures and powers are defined by law [The Constitution, 2015, 19].
The ministry develops and implements government policy in the sphere of activity assigned to it. The list of ministries is determined by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Structure and Activities of the Government" [The Law, 2015, 3].
The Government of the Republic of Armenia consists of the Prime Minister, two Deputy Prime Ministers, and ministers. The government structure includes 12 ministries1: the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, the Ministry of High-Tech Industry, the Ministry of Economy, and the Ministry of Finance.
The scientific novelty of this article lies in its exploration of how data analysis can be strategically implemented across various ministries of the Republic of Armenia. Moving beyond theoretical discussions, the article provides practical insights into the specific applications of data analysis in key sectors such as healthcare, education, and finance within Armenian ministries. It also addresses the challenges and opportunities associated with adopting data analysis in the realm of public administration, offering recommen-dations and best practices tailored to the Armenian context.

private sectors. As global competition intensifies
and workplaces evolve through technological
advancements, the ability to manage teams
effectively is becoming increasingly important. This
article explores the key strategies that can strengthen
team management, helping organizations achieve
their goals while adapting to rapidly changing
environments [3, pp. 78-90].
In the public sector, team management is
often complicated by factors such as limited
resources, bureaucratic constraints, and a diverse
and extensive workforce. Public sector leaders must
overcome these challenges while striving to deliver
public services efficiently. In contrast, the private
sector is driven by profitability, innovation, and
competitiveness, with leaders focusing on
maximizing productivity and ensuring the
organization's market relevance. Despite these
differences, certain team management strategies can
be universally applied to enhance performance in
both sectors.
Communication, leadership, and collaboration
are crucial for effective team management.
Communication is the lifeblood of any team,
ensuring that all members are aligned with the
organization's goals and objectives. Effective
communication involves not only the dissemination
of information but also active listening, feedback

these tools can be integrated into team management
practices to boost efficiency and productivity.
Training and development programs are also
crucial for building capabilities and morale within
the team. By investing in the professional growth of
team members, organizations can ensure that their
teams are equipped with the latest skills and
knowledge. Such programs also demonstrate a
commitment to team development, fostering loyalty
and engagement.
Finally, this article considers the impact of
organizational culture on team management. A
positive, inclusive culture that values diversity and
promotes work-life balance can significantly
enhance team performance. Leaders must be adept
at creating and maintaining such a culture,
recognizing and addressing any issues that may
arise [7, pp. 210-225].
By understanding and implementing these
key strategies, leaders in both the public and private
sectors can navigate the complexities of team
management. This not only leads to improved

В частном секторе она в основном связана с мошенничеством, фальшивыми отчетами, финансовыми махинациями и недобросовестной конкуренцией. Способы предотвращения коррупции включают в себя комплексное применение правовых, административных и экономических механизмов. Опыт Армении показывает, что внедрение антикоррупционных стратегий, повышение прозрачности государственных органов, а также усиление контроля за частным сектором могут дать положительные результаты. Международный опыт подтверждает, что для успешной антикоррупционной политики необходимы системные реформы и активное участие общества.

In the Republic of Armenia, procurement tactics keep huge significance for the functioning of the public administration device, immediately influencing the delivery of public offerings and the control of national assets. However, chronic demanding situations, such as inefficiencies, a lack of transparency, and inadequate stakeholder engagement, have hindered the entire implementation of an effective procurement system. The scientific article provides an in-depth examination of techniques and measures to beautify the procurement framework in Armenia. Drawing on both theoretical insights and practical studies from nations with advanced procurement structures, which include South Korea, Chile, and Estonia, this research outlines a reform roadmap tailored to Armenia's particular socio-financial and institutional panorama. The examination addresses key factors consisting of felony and regulatory upgrades, the combination of e-procurement structures, the ability to construct for procurement professionals, and the merchandising of collaboration amongst stakeholders. Emphasizing an information-pushed and participatory technique, the proposed pointers intend to beautify the transparency, efficiency, and compliance of the procurement process. This article is intended for policymakers, public officers, researchers, and all stakeholders worried about public procurement in Armenia. It aims to offer actionable solutions aligned with worldwide standards and quality practices, contributing to the development of a sustainable and transparent procurement system. Introduction. The role of the leader-chief has been an important factor for all states for centur... more Introduction. The role of the leader-chief has been an important factor for all states for centuries, as the latter has been the main force by which the systems of government have functioned effectively or ineffectively. Since the end of the 20th century, globalization and the development of information technology have given rise to new management concepts for chiefs. The previously effective public administration systems could no longer adequately respond to the new challenges of the rapidly changing internal and external environment. Managers needed new tools and mechanisms to respond to these changes. Hegel has already noticed it: "In the world history, due to the human actions the results aren't often made in the way that was expected and of which mankind is aware" [Gegel', 1935, 27]. The necessity of the study is in the fact that chiefleaders are supposed to introduce motivational systems equivalent to increasing work performance meantime containing the features characteristic to civil servants as individuals specifying the field of activities. Taking into account the events taking place in Armeniapandemic, war, and the crisiss caused by them, we can conclude that systems operating for state administration system efficiency have lost their relevance and it is necessary to apply new approaches, by which the role of chiefs on the efficiency of the state administration system will even more be effective. Methodology. The study of the main abilities of the leader and chief, their improvement, through which the subordinates will be able to accept the chief as a leader, is impossible to reveal without a detailed study of the theoretical part, because the latter gives an opportunity to understand and visualize the abilities of leaders and chiefs, their right decision-making process thoroughly as well as possible factors affecting on it. The methodological and informational basis for the study has been the characteristics of the chief and the leader and the managerial decisions, in particular, the domestic and foreign professional literature, the scientific, analytical and internet publications of the researchers regarding the managerial decisions of the characteristics of the leader and the chief in the public and private management systems. Thanks to the method of scientific analysis, the subject of research was divided into separate parts, and each of these parts was studied. During the study, separately studied parts were combined, as a result of which conclusions were made.
