Classification of white blood cell subtypes is needed for identification of blood diseases such as leukemia, anemia, etc. The deep learning model used in this study is the LeNet architecture which is easy to implement. proses identifikasi TB melalui screening mikroskopis membutuhkan waktu cukup lama, ketelitian tinggi, serta
tenaga laboratorium yang ahli.
Otomatisasi mikroskop merupakan solusi peningkatan efisiensi penggunaan sumberdaya pada screening bakteri
TB. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan metode perhitungan nilai entropi dan fuzzy logic controller untuk proses
autofocus, bertujuan agar akurasi dan kecepatan penentuan posisi fokus obyek mikroskopis dapat ditingkatkan.
Pengendalian pencapaian posisi fokus berbasis fuzzy logic dengan input hasil perhitungan nilai entropi citra
pada penelitian ini berhasil diterapkan dengan error mencapai 9,1% dan peningkatan kecepatan pencapaian
fokus mencapai 73,5%.
