This study aims to determine how the effect of the balanced scorecard on management performance in BPRS PNM Mentari Garut. The object of this research is to measure management performance. This type of research is quantitative associative. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. While the population is all employees, amounting to 42 people. The results showed that there was no influence of the financial perspective on management performance with the results of the t-test value tcount < ttable (1,933 < 2,021), there was a significant influence between the customer perspective on management performance and the results of the t test value tcount > ttable (3.182 > 2.021), there is a significant effect between the internal business process perspective on management performance with the results of the t-test value tcount > ttable (3,800 > 2,021), there is a significant influence between the learning and growth perspective on management performance with the t test results tcount > ttable (4,474 > 2,021), Simultaneously the Balanced Scorecard has a significant effect on management performance, it can be seen in the F test that the value of Fcount > Ftable (5.835 > 2.63).

According to The Ethnologue, currently the number of English speakers has reached 1.45 billion people. With these facts, English is a language that should be mastered by everyone in the current era. However, there are still many people who find it difficult for various reasons. By utilizing the development of information systems and information technology in the modern era, the author intends to design an interactive web-based English learning media information system, where the system design method used is Kanban with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling tools. The programming language used is PHP, Laravel framework, and MySQL database. From the design results obtained an interactive learning software equipped with pictures, audio, video, animation, and exercise, so that it is hoped that it will be able to improve students' English skills.

The design and manufacture of an Information System for the Purchase and Sale of Motorcycle Parts... more The design and manufacture of an Information System for the Purchase and Sale of Motorcycle Parts is a system created to overcome the problems that occur, including minimizing the loss or damage of transaction evidence and making it easier to make transaction reports. The research method used is the SLDC (System Development Life Cycle) system and the waterfall model. System analysis and design tools used in this final project are Flowmap, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), Structure Chart, and Database Relationship Schema. The results achieved by making this information system are minimizing loss or damage to evidence of transactions, simplifying the process of controlling and searching for stock items and making it easier to make purchase and sale transaction reports.

Salah satu tujuan tersebut meningkatkan kualitas layanan perawatan sesuai keinginan konsumen, sehingga perusahaan akan tetap berusaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan perawatan sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan. Bengkel Wijaya Toyota (PT Wijaya Motor Lestari) merupakan jaringan jasa penjualan, perawatan, perbaikan dan penyediaan suku cadang Toyota yang manajemennya ditangani penuh oleh PT Astra International Tbk. Dalam usaha melayani kebutuhan pelanggan bengkel Wijaya Toyota selalu ingin meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya,Namun, beberapa bulan belakangan ini mengalami penurunan jumlah pelanggan, hal ini diduga karena banyaknya kompetitor yang bergerak di bidang yang sama. Untuk itu perusahaan perlu melakukan pendekatan dengan pelanggan, hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan cara wawancara langsung atau dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Dengan obyek penelitian adalah bengkel Wijaya Toyota (PT Wijaya Motor Lestari). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 pelanggan. Sumber informasi dan data yang diperoleh, diolah dengan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dengan hasilnya berupa matriks House of Quality (HOQ). Strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh bengkel Wijaya Toyota dalam memperbaiki kualitas jasa pelayanannya, antara lain : kebersihan ruang tunggu dan toilet, sikap petugas terhadap perbaikan yang masih dalam garansi perbaikan bengkel, ketepatan janji petugas mengenai waktu penyelesaian perawatan/perbaikan, kecepatan penyelesaian pekerjaan, perawatan/perbaikan yang tepat sesuai dengan permintaan/keluhan, penjelasan petugas bengkel tentang perawatan/perbaikan, tersedianya stock suku cadang asli, penjelasan petugas bengkel secara langsung pada waktu penyerahan, tentang perawatan/perbaikan secara keseluruhan yang telah dilaksanakan, penjelasan petugas bengkel secara langsung pada waktu penyerahan, tentang keseluruhan biaya yang akan dibayar, kewajaran harga suku cadang asli (dibandingkan dengan mutunya), perhatian petugas terhadap kebutuhan/keluhan anda, keramahan dan kesopanan petugas bengkel/suku cadang, petugas bengkel kemudian menghubungi anda untuk mengetahui apakah Toyota anda sudah dikerjakan dengan benar dan baik, penjelasan petugas bengkel tentang perkiraan biaya perawatan perbaikan In the service industry are often faced with complex problems in taking a decision to achieve corporate objectives. Therefore, this forecasting method is used for objective forecasting that can be done by tire companies to forecast product sales. One of the strategies in making company production decisions is forecasting. In this case the forecasting method will be studied using data on the demand for tire products from PT. XYZ. In the next few periods, the company produces products so that in the future a demand forecast is needed that can help companies to consider in carrying out the production process. There are several forecasting methods, to find out what methods are used for forecasting methods in knowing historical patterns and data. The use of the right forecasting method is expected to assist the company in determining the level of production in accordance with consumer demand in the future. Historical data is used to predict the future by using Time-series models. Assuming what happened is made for the future, Time-series models are a function of what has happened in the past. The advantage of time-series models is that they can make predictions using a series of past data to see what has happened over a period of time. In order to achieve the maximum level of profit by applying the right and directed forecasting method, it can support the company to make optimal sales.

Fertilizer is the main component for farmers to use in farming so that managed plants can grow well. PT XYZ must be able to provide fertilizer in accordance with the demands and needs of local farmers. The level of fertilizer inventory in the warehouse is analyzed and recommendations are given to make it optimal. Optimal in the sense that the inventory level does not experience a shortage of inventory. The research method in the case study at PT XYZ is descriptive analytic. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation studies obtained from companies and literatures related to writing. These data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results obtained from this study with the DRP design using the Q System method, indicate that the estimation that has been made by PT XYZ is the estimate that is closest to the realization in an effort to optimize inventory.
