Sharing the less similarity with Learning Disability (LD), slow learner issue enjoys a higher extent of universality that 6 to 8% of the school students could happen to be slow learners in any classroom. Noticing a slow learner is not eligible for special education as given for mentally retarded children, teachers usually handle these students by ignoring, or any other ways end with limited effectiveness. Lower academic skills make slow learners stranded to meet the average academic requirements and also prevent them from developing a comprehensive cognition ability in their early academic years. Standing with a public primary school in China, this research will go through a perspective of Knowledge Management (KM) and try to find the root cause in terms of the KM problem statement. For further study, cognitive tactics will be provided for the teachers to address the slow learner issue more effectively.

Previous researchers tend to capture knowledge from professional expert to develop the translation strategies for companies. This study is mainly concerned with Chinese customers in the process of brand name translation. A case of Thai exported aquatic snack product is used for the research sample. A questionnaire is designed under the dual-code theory to acquire and capture customers’ perceived value on purchase intention towards translated brand names. A total of 93 respondents is considered valid for further analysis in the Kano model. The result revealed that the customers have different degree of preferences to different type of translated brand names. A knowledge-based taxonomy of "Brand Name Translation" is then developed as a knowledge guide for Thai aquatic snack exported company to increase the customer perceived value of its brand name.

To improve hospital accreditation quality, this paper presents a learning innovation 'mentoring community pharmaceutical technicians incubator' by integrating: 1) mentoring CoPs as an incubator to bring up conceptual knowledge and new experience layers; 2) CommonKADs 'knowledge model' as a knowledge acquisition method; 3) common functional competency standard as competency measurement criteria. Results showed that the incubator reduced drugs and high-alert drugs pre-dispensing errors into hospital standard. Functional competency in week 1-5 improved 1.18 scores (29.5%), and week 6-10 was at 0.50 scores (12.5%). Knowledge model illustrated that two inference layers were created, and domain knowledge was growing more than 50%. This paper suggests that the proposed incubator can promote Thai new pharmaceutical technicians in knowledge, competence, and performance layers by shifting from unstructured training program to reach higher levels of learning.

However the economic force has made the government policy to focus on creativity and developing technology towards automatic production. Unskilled Thai labours are facing a big challenge after retirement, which is called reverse migration. This is a rapidly increasing trend in the near future. The resolving of reverse migration problem can be done by developing unskilled Thai labour through the knowledge management concept. The workplace learning is in coordination with the sufficiency economy philosophy. The key development is for unskilled labours to attend the sufficient knowledge worker activities and become knowledge workers who have self-immunity is known as a \"Sufficient knowledge worker\". Due to the evaluation of sufficient knowledge worker as social science being complex, the researcher has to indicate that the assessment of sufficient knowledge worker can be achieved by validating the result of the two major dimensions. The research was conducted in an industrial zone in Lamphun, Thailand. Data collection was collected from 32 samples. The result of knowledge and learning dimension was made in transcript from an in-depth interview using Bloom\'s taxonomy. Upon completing the study, the results had been analysed by using the sufficient knowledge workers truth table that relies on the sensitivity truth table concept. The results of the sufficient knowledge workers truth table have sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and a research methodology effectiveness of 92.86%, 0%, 0.96, 0.00 and 89.66% respectively. The outcome represents the improvement of sample group in both high level dimensions. Accordingly, they can manage their financial concern with saving and have their own reverse migration plan. Therefore, the idea enables the workers to have confident in their security in the working life.
