For achieving this objective, the researcher has used a questionnaire as a tool of measurement ,where it is composed of 6 axes and 70 items. All data is collected from a community of (15) faculties. A sample of 10 faculties has been randomly selected. Which represent of (%67) of study community. Results of study has showed that %54,44 of average total of axis for site and design of buildings as conformity to quality standards, and %45.56 thereof is not conforming to quality standard. %32.22 of average total of axis for classrooms are conforming to quality standards, and %67.78 are not confirming to quality standards. %46.67 of average total of axis for classrooms and spaces concerning activities are conforming to quality standards, and %53,33 are not conforming to quality standards. %39.34 of average total of academic libraries at the concerned faculties are conforming to quality standards, and %65,33 are not conforming to quality standards. %42,87 % of average total of tiers at faculties are conforming to quality standards, and %43,75 are not confirming to quality standards. %56,25 of average total of cafes at faculties are conforming to quality standards, and %43,75 are not confirming to quality standards. %67 of average total of axis for health facilities are conforming to quality standards, and %32 are not conforming to quality standards. %15 of the concerned faculties receive a periodic maintenance which means %85 thereof don't receive any periodic maintenance. The study draws attention to form a committee from specialized experts in architectural and educational elements under supervision of ministry of higher education for making studies necessary for drawing suitable standards with taking into account the economic and social aspects at any side of buildings of Faculties of Education, with benefiting from experiments of other countries according to applicable standards in various countries in particular that suitable for our circumstances and as per modern and continuously developed educational and technical research information .

Individual credit scores or credit report data are a major component of traditional models that determine credit eligibility. If they can receive financial services at all, it will probably be at very high-interest rates and fees. This sort of strategy makes it exceedingly difficult for those with little to no credit to do so. Financial institutions have been looking for methods to include non-traditional data into the credit risk process to provide services to these people at more affordable prices while maintaining the risk at manageable levels. With an accuracy that is acceptable to financial institutions, Machine Learning (ML) could be utilized to estimate a person›s creditworthiness using atypical data. On the data supplied by Home Credit Group, we processed and engineered features. With an AUC of 0.7926 and 92% accuracy, the Light Gradient Boosting Machine (LGBM) model trained using this data can predict the probability of default using 5-fold cross-validation. The system produced promising results and outperformed all other stateof-the-art methods.

The Random Forest algorithm is used for training and testing and a perfect classifier is achieved. The proposed system outperformed all the state-of-the-art techniques and achieved perfect classification.

Before deploying DSL, the subscriber loops must be tested to see whether they can support high-speed data services, and at what rate. With regards to Voice over IP, VoIP converts analog voice signals into IP packets and distributes them across a WAN. VoIP is a delay-sensitive application. For POTS-quality voice, the network must be fine tuned end-to-end before implementing VoIP. This fine-tuning should incorporate a series of optimization techniques in order to improve the overall quality of service (QoS). Furthermore traffic shaping must be used to ensure VoIP reliability. There are two essential requirements to ensure VoIP quality: minimization of end-to-end delay and jitter. In this paper, the performance of QoS architecture was analyzed.. The basic metrics that were evaluated are the end-to-end delay of voice packets across the access network and the bandwidth consumed by a voice call.
