Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Learning Management System (... more Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS) terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan LMS dan motivasi berprestasi secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada program Internasional Baccalaureate (IB) di Sekolah Pelita Harapan Lippo Cikarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 orang yang merupakan seluruh populasi siswa pada program IB (Sampling jenuh). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Penggunaan LMS (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Y) di Sekolah Pelita Harapan (SPH) Lippo Cikarang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji statistik dimana penggunaan LMS memiliki nilai siginifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,771 > 2,045); 2) Motivasi berprestasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di Sekolah Pelita Harapan Lippo. Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi berprestasi memiliki nilai siginifikansi sebesar 0,309 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung < t tabel (-1,037 > 2,045); 3) Penggunaan LMS (X1) dan Motivasi berprestasi (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa (Y) di Sekolah Pelita Harapan Lippo Cikarang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji statistik dimana nilai Sig. 0.000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 12,687 > 3,32. Hasil uji Koefisien Determinasi menghasilkan 0,467 atau 46,7%. Artinya, variabel penggunaan LMS (X1) dan Motivasi berprestasi (X2) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 46,7% terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Y), sisanya 53,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

This study aimed 1) to determine the effect of using Learning Management System (LMS) on student ... more This study aimed 1) to determine the effect of using Learning Management System (LMS) on student learning outcomes, 2) to determine the effect of achievement motivation on student learning outcomes, 3) to determine the effect of using LMS and achievement motivation simultaneously on student learning outcomes in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program at Sekolah Pelita Harapan Lippo Cikarang. The research method used is quantitative research method. The research sample amounted to 32 people who were the entire population of students in the IB program (saturation sampling). The results showed that 1) The use of LMS (X1) has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes (Y) at Sekolah Pelita Harapan (SPH) Lippo Cikarang. This is evidenced by the results of statistical tests where the use of LMS has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of t count> t table (4.771> 2.045); 2) Achievement motivation (X2) does not have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes at Sekolah Pelita Harapan Lippo. Statistical tests show that the achievement motivation variable has a significance value of 0.309> 0.05 and the t value < t table (-1.037> 2.045); 3) The use of LMS (X1) and Achievement motivation (X2) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes (Y) at Sekolah Pelita Harapan Lippo Cikarang. This is evidenced by the statistical test results where the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 12.687> 3.32. The test results of the Coefficient of Determination resulted in 0.467 or 46.7%. This means that the variables of LMS usage (X1) and Achievement motivation (X2) have an influence of 46.7% on student learning outcomes (Y), the remaining 53.3% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to investigate the impact of LMS usage and achievement motivation on International Baccalaureate (IB) student outcomes at Pelita Harapan Lippo Cikarang, shedding light on the complex dynamics that shape academic success in a digital age. Through analyzing survey responses and academic performance data, it was revealed that students who actively engaged with the LMS showed higher levels of motivation and subsequently achieved better academic results. This suggests that the integration of technology in education, specifically through LMS platforms, can have a profound impact on student learning and motivation. These findings have important implications for educators and school administrators, highlighting the importance of incorporating innovative technological tools to enhance student outcomes.
