Nuclide composition of Pb-Bi coolant of 80 MW sub-critical reactor has been investigated. Particl... more Nuclide composition of Pb-Bi coolant of 80 MW sub-critical reactor has been investigated. Particle spectra for different parts of the reactor including spallation (target) module, the core and other units have been calculated. Special data files for nucleon induced reaction cross-sections including data for spallation reactions, fission product and heavy cluster yields at the energies of primary particles up to 1 Ge V have been prepared. The special attention has been paid to the uncertainty of the results obtained, the influence of the choice of nuclear model parameters used for nuclear reaction cross-section calculations and to the comparison of the results obtained using different nuclear data libraries applied for nuclide composition calculations. The reactor configuration with the "window" for the proton beam and the "windowless" design were investigated.

A New Advanced Cryptographic Algorithm System for Binary Codes by Means of Mathematical Equation

The transmitted and received data through the communication channels and the stored data on media... more The transmitted and received data through the communication channels and the stored data on media must be secured. There are many cryptographic algorithm systems such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), Blowfish and Rivest, Shamir, and Adleman (RSA). Trying to strengthen these algorithms faces many drawbacks, the most important problem is adding much time to the delay packet to sustain security on the communication channel between terminals. This paper proposes an algorithm system for binary encryption and decryption. This algorithm based on converting zero to one and one to zero based on a mathematical equation. The proposed algorithm introduces high performance of speed in addition to reproducing the original binary data bits with no loss of information in the decryption and encryption process. Also this algorithm is a very fast, precise, distinguished method and more flexible than other recent algorithms and it has passed all security requirements to be used in many software and hardware applications, for example the speed for encryption/decryption process after test is about 20% faster than the AES algorithm encryption / decryption process.

There is a need, however, for making e-learning available to deaf people. This could facilitate teaching and learning for both teachers of the deaf and deaf people. This paper presents an e-Learning System (LS) which offers Arabic Sign Language (ArSL) in correspondence to the text in the learning environment. The system is designed ably for deaf adults for the purpose of their lifelong learning. In the LS, the special needs of deaf learners are satisfied, e.g. bilingual information (Arabic text and Arabic sign language), high level of visualization and interactive and explorative learning. The basic objective of our e-learning system is the support of the equal rights of deaf people for their access to the education and training. This paper proposes a new way to encrypt data on the basis of the binary form which is considered the simplest form of data that is consisted of zero and one. It can be used as a web based education tool to increase student engagement and motivation. According to World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) in addition to our past research with hundreds of Arab deaf-muted people along nine years, we reached a conclusion that most of them are undereducated or semi-literate. This is due to poor ways of communication with the society, and lack of means that support lifelong learning to them. Since, parity in life and self-learning systems are a right to everyone regardless of their ability. From this point, the aim of this project is to develop an e-learning system for teaching a difficult subject, such mathematics, to the Arab deaf students. Gamification technique will be followed and different gamification components will be included through the process of system development to motivate the deaf students. This framework is supported with an Arabic Sign Language (ArSL) acting avatar to support more clarity, interactivity and integration for the deaf-muted students. Therefore, the proposed framework will fulfill the psychological satisfaction needs of the intended users.

Game-based learning has promoted the value of instruction procedures in schools as it's becom... more Game-based learning has promoted the value of instruction procedures in schools as it's becoming more widely recognized as effective educational tools. This paper presents a proposed game that teaches Arabic children a complex subject in an easy to understand, safe and simplified way -- how to manage the crises and disasters. We called the game Crises & Disaster Management Game (CDMG). CDMG also provides basic training for critical situations management. The CDMG game was piloted to a focus group consisting of twelve students in a governmental primary school in Mansoura city, Egypt. Results from the surveys showed the CDMG game is effective in providing the players with basic knowledge of crises and disaster management, in practice. The need of using such training methods is very much needful for Arab communities, since it will help the disaster response activities for children to be easier and faster.

Those patients are given the diagnosis of post-intensive care syndrome (PICS). Integrating technology-basedactivities into occupational therapy sessions means; Intensive Care Unit (ICU ) patients will be given the chance to challengetheir cognitive abilities as well as their physical function, and to interact with technology within a physically limitingenvironment. This paper presents a complete research design (from medical and technical points of views) for a structuredtechnology based therapy to prevent PICS among critically ill patients. Researchers called the new app CogGym (CognitionGymnastics). CogGym is an android- based devices application with an Arabic User Interface (UI) that contains manyflexible and easy to use games designed specifically for the Arab critically ill patients. Patient Central Bureau of General Mobilization and Statistics (2013) reported that elderly represent 6.9% of the Egyptian population, it is estimated that the number of elderly people will be replicated in 2030. Eight percent (8%) of elders aged between 65 & 74, also about 50% aged over 80 suffer from the cognitive disease or dementia. The core of this research is to use intelligent techniques to fulfill specific needs of cognitive deficits patients and assess interaction changes based on patient’s behavior in various disease stages. The aim of this paper is to provide a usable and effective framework for elderly. The proposed framework will be divided into three main phases, evaluation phase, data mining phase and assistance phase. Patient proceeds in the three stages by behavior analysis and feedback to provide interactive evaluation and assistance for him/her.

It includes major physical, mental and functional disabilities that affect the critically ill patients' experience This paper presents a complete research design (from medical and technical points of views), test conduction, and evaluate the effect of implementing a designed structured technology-based therapy (STBT) on preventing PICS among critically ill patients. Authors called the new STBT platform, cognition gymnastics (CogGym). CogGym is an android-based devices platform with an Arabic user interface (UI) that contains many flexible and easy to use games designed specifically for the Arab critically ill patients. In conclusion, CogGym enables them to continue to do therapeutic gymnastics after the therapist leaves the room to keep working toward rehabilitation goals.

However, data encryption has become very important to maintain confidentiality and privacy, especially in the military and civil fields. This paper will present an application that encrypts data on the location and movements of military personnel or civilian researchers within an area on a specific mission, Using two transmission circuits and one receiver that is controlled by a microcontroller programmed by the encryption algorithm. This application is used and modified in several situations and each case depends on the nature of the mission and the nature of the surrounding environment. The proposed system is tested in three different environments and achieves good results. This application can meet the confidentiality, authentication, simplicity and practicality of security issues as a result of frequency and speed tests.

This study aimed to compare the rates of plaque removal from artificial tooth surfaces after brus... more This study aimed to compare the rates of plaque removal from artificial tooth surfaces after brushing with a fixed orthodontic bracket electric toothbrush, an electric toothbrush, and a manual toothbrush to improve the success rate of orthodontic treatment by effectively managing oral care of orthodontic patients. A tooth model with fixed orthodontic brackets was stained with an artificial plaque disclosing agent in an occlusal state and washed twice with water. The amount of the disclosing agent remaining on the tooth surfaces after brushing was examined, on the basis of which the amount of plaque on the tooth surfaces was calculated using O'Leary index. Significance was set at p＜0.05. There was a statistically significant between-group difference in group-difference in the amount of the disclosing agent that remained on the tooth surfaces after brushing between with toothbrushes, the three types of toothbrushes, with an electric toothbrushes and manual toothbrushes after tooth brushing for brackets, with an F-statistic value of value of 5.037 for the mean difference of among the three groups and a significance of p-value of 0.001 and a significance level of 0.05. Electric toothbrushes are more effective than manual toothbrushes in removing dental plaque and controlling gingivitis.
