Knowledge management systems in the company can be used efficiently and effectively also supported by sophisticated technology. E-learning or electronic learning is one of the information technology products that enter the business world. This research discusses important factors that can increase the satisfaction and interest of trainees to use e-learning system. The method used to this research is quantitative analysis with hypotheses testing using Structural Equation Modeling on the proposed model. The results of this study are expected to enrich the literature on the application of e-learning and can be applied to companies that develop e-learning in corporate training and development programs.

Therefore, the micro and macro factors influencing employee ecological behaviour (EEB) are a rising interest among researchers. The contemporary concept of EEB has been embraced by many organisations and attracted scholars’ attention worldwide. Nevertheless, studies that explored challenges and solutions for performing EEB at the workplace are scarce. This study explored challenges and solutions in performing EEB at the workplace and focused on qualitative research methodology. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik HR inovatif terhadap turnover intentio... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik HR inovatif terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh perilaku kerja kontraproduktif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 441 karyawan PTPN VIII Kertajaya, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling, maka diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 210 orang karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala likert yang terdiri dari 70 pernyataan. Pengolahan data menggunakan software IBM AMOS 22. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan uji struktural model Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk menjawab hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik HR inovatif berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap turnover intention, dan perilaku kerja kontraproduktif terbukti memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh praktik HR inovatif terhadap turnover intention.

This research aims to determine the organizational commitment, organizational culture, and employ... more This research aims to determine the organizational commitment, organizational culture, and employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, and the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture to the employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative method. Data collection technique uses questionnaires distributed to employees of Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, with the population of 160 employees and the samples 115 employees. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. To interpret the results of the research uses descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis, and coefficient of determination. The result of data proccessing shows that organizational commitment and organizational culture significantly influence the employee performance at Bank BJB Branch Office Tamansari Bandung, both partially and simultanously.

Indonesia, as an AEC member enjoying significant commercial potential, represents a prospective marketplace for other ASEAN countries. Commercial competition between micro-, small-and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) is increasingly fierce because they constitute one of the business sectors that significantly enhance Indonesia's internal economic growth. Thus, MSMEs within the country must exploit their potential more fully by, among other things, improving their intellectual capital (IC) in order to prove competitive. IC is one means of achieving a knowledge-based economy. This study aims to identify the existing conditions of IC in the Cibuntu Tofu Industrial Center of Bandung, one of the leading players in the Indonesian MSME sector. Those conditions will be the basis of IC model design, one of the means of creating competitive advantage. The research methodology presented here consists of several components. The data used in this study is primary in nature, being collected through semi-structured interviews with various respondents. The data analysis technique employed the intellectual capital statement as a tool to describe and evaluate IC using quantitative, qualitative and systematic assessment and impact factors, with the results of the analysis expressed in the IC management portfolio. These showed that there were 15 IC factors in the Cibuntu Tofu Industrial Center. This study's results indicated that the company's human capital component falls within quadrant two (stabilise), structural capital within quadrant four (analyse), and relational capital within quadrant two (stabilise).

The effective talent management will increase employees' commitment and satisfaction that lead to employees' engagement. Some of the issues that led to the ineffectiveness of management talent are a lack of understanding of the concept in managing talent, low commitment from every department, and goings of the best talents of the organization. This study aims to identify effective talent management processes in an organization, especially in Indonesia.This study also focused on how to retain employees who belong to the Y generation. A qualitative approach is used to explore the conditions that occur in every process of managing talent in 12 major companies in Indonesia were obtained through interviews and surveys. This study proposes a conceptual framework that shows several steps as a solution to the problem associated with managing the talented employee. There are three major groups in the talent management process including attracting talent, developing talent, and retaining talent.

Average level of employee turnover in five-star hotel in Java Island showed an increasing trend with rates exceeding 10% that can be categorized as high level of turnover. Hotel sector should minimize employee turnover by identify and manage the rate of turnover intentions and retain a group of employees who are able to demonstrate a high level of performance.
