Teguh Murni Perdana Sales and Marketing Division. The object for this research is employee at PT. Teguh Murni Perdana Sales and Marketing Division. This research was done to 36 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. There fore, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that simultaneously, the variable of transformational leadership, communication and workload to employee performance in PT. Teguh Murni Perdana Sales and Marketing Division. It has been proven from the result of (f) simoultant test. EDI Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah 80 karyawan PT. EDI Indonesia. SEM-PLS adalah alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data statistik dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konflik peran yang memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap kelelahan. Beban kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout. Konflik peran yang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja yang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Burnout yang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

EDI Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is 80 employees of PT. EDI Indonesia.. SEM-PLS is the tool used to analysis the statistical data in this study. The results showed role-conflict that has positive and significant effect on burnout. Workload that has positive and significant effect on burnout. Role-conflict that has negative and significant effect on employee performance. Workload that has negative and significant effect on employee performance. Burnout that has negative and significant effect on employee performance.
