These technologies are being able to change the relationships between the users and the access to the information. The high automation level that some libraries present, and its objective to get a digital library with electronic contents, outlines a complex environment in which certain coordination levels and control are required to allow to have efficient and effective dynamic processes. The reality demonstrates that the current degree of automation locates at the library in a hybrid conception, because they cohabit, in the same environment, digital elements and materials.
