This study explores the function of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and biometric technology in the ... more This study explores the function of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and biometric technology in the improvement of digital banking cybersecurity and data privacy. The research developed three main themes such as the usage of AI in detecting threats, biometric authentication in the security of transactions, and ethical queries regarding user trust. These results reveal that AI can enhance real-time fraud detection, and biometrics provide secure access to bank services. The paper also underscores the ethical issues of privacy and data protection by using some advanced biometrics methods. Thematic analysis demonstrated that a fair, transparent and user-based approach is an important contribution to successful adoption. The study helps to learn about the technicalities and ethical boundaries existing in the current digital banking security systems.

Applying secondary qualitative thematic research, two thematic areas are identified: the issue of trade-offs between performance and security, and a lack of framed best-practice models in the process of financial cloud adoption. The results are a strategic but flexible system that is applied to the financial industry. The framework combines good ideas, including hybrid cloud architecture, DevSecOps and zero-trust models. This research fills a major gap through its solution, which can promote secure and efficient integration with cloud services so that financial institutions can responsibly adopt digital innovation.

It elaborates on the benefits of real-time processing, flexibility, and high speed in completing transactions.
