This research aims to evaluate the feasibility of a trading business, especially in the case of t... more This research aims to evaluate the feasibility of a trading business, especially in the case of the Tri Putra 3Kg LPG Gas Base Business. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by utilizing primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct research and interviews with respondents, while secondary data was obtained from various sources such as journals and books. The data analysis process follows the stages of data reduction, data presentation (data display), and conclusion drawing/verification. The data analysis method is based on the concept of Miles and Huberman, which organizes data collection activities in three main stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Tri Putra's 3Kg LPG Gas Base Business is feasible. This feasibility is proven through the fulfillment of relevant business aspects and the ability to apply the 4P concept (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) well. These findings can be a valuable consideration for those who wish to start a similar venture, making a positive contribution to business development in this industry.

Kaitannya dengan Integrasi Interkoneksi, di dunia Sains dan Teknologi keterampilan bahasa Inggris tentu merupakah hal yang sangat penting mengingat banyaknya literatur dan penelitian terbaru yang berbahasa Inggris. Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris menggunakan metode konvensional dirasa kurang efektif karena lebih membuat mahasiswa merasa bosan dan kurang menangkap materi pembelajaran dengan baik. Perlu adanya inovasi terhadap metode pembelajaran bahasa Inggris guna memaksimalkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris seseorang. Kegiatan Pelatihan Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang dilakukan di Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu pengaplikasian inovasi dari sistem pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Kegiatan ini dilakukan guna menunjang peningkatan kualitas mahasiswa dan semua peserta kegiatan di bidang pendidikan serta karir. Peserta kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris mencakup semua kalangan, mulai dari mahasiswa, dosen, karyawan dan kalangan umum.

Radar Lampung Group.Data was collected by Purposive Sampling, with a sample of 42 respondents involved in budgetingand procurement of goods. The results of data analysis were tested using SmartPLS 3.0 Partial LeastSquare (PLS).The test results show the system of budget planning, budgeting schedule, clarity ofbudget targets, internal control has an influence on managerial performance. While budgetaryparticipation and compensation do not affect managerial performance. The results of the testcoefficient of determination (R2) are around 0.542.Keywords: Budget planning system, budgeting participation, budgeting schedule, clarity of budgetgoals, internal control, compensation and managerial performance.

This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The questionnaire was created using the PIECES framework and the USE Questionnaire, modified using google forms. The research results show that implementing online learning based on e-learning madrasah has been well. All aspects, including performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and service, show good categories. The usability test with the USE Questionnaire shows a good level of Usability or Usability in all aspects. This study indicates that the e-learning system of MAN 2 Semarang City is feasible and good to use for online learning.

This study aims to determine the effect of third-party funds and SWBI to return (income mudharabah and Musyarakah). The results of this study indicate that the third-party funds have a significant positive effect on the return to the significance of the results t count 0,019 and 2,246 SWBI have a significant negative effect on the results of t count return of -2.789 to 0.008 sebesar significance. Taken together SWBIs deposits and have an influence on the return.

Konsep ini menempatkan akal dan wahyu sebagai relasi yang saling melengkapi. Peran mahasiswa dalam penerapan konsep integrasi interkoneksi dapat dilakukan untuk memberikan dampak positif sehingga tidak terjadi dikotomi ilmu pengetahuan. Data Kementrian Agama tahun 2012 berhasil mendata sejumlah 27.230 pondok pesantren dengan 5.044 pondok pesantren kombinasi. Pondok pesantren kombinasi merupakan pondok pesantren yang sudah menerapkan pengembangan ilmu sains dan sebagian lagi mengkombinasikan pembelajaran kitab kuning, ilmu sains dan iptek. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap pondok pesantren yang menerapkan pembelajaran kitab kuning dengan relasi sains dan beberapa santri yang berstatus sebagai mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya keterkaitan antara ilmu umum dan ilmu agama sebagai implementasi dalam kehidupan.

This type of research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study include primary data and secondary data, data collection methods are carried out through interview, observation, and documentation techniques, the results of data analysis are analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of intercultural communication that occurs in the IX Mabar Hilir village is the primary communication pattern using verbal symbols, the process of delivering messages by ethnic diversity to the community using verbal symbols, namely using different languages or the same language. The languages used by the Javanese, Malay, Sundanese and Padang people are Javanese and Indonesian, but if the Javanese people talk to their fellow tribes they use Javanese. In establishing harmony between the Javanese and people with different ethnic groups, it is very well established because the Javanese do not see differences in religion, ethnicity, ethnicity, and social status.

Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and distributing questionnaires with a population of 70 people to all employees of PT. Tiki Route Nugraha Ekakurir CSO Section Bandung City. While the data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive analysis, verification analysis, MSI test and path analysis using SPSS V25 software. Employee performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization both qualitatively and quantitatively, in accordance with their respective duties and responsibilities in an effort to achieve organizational goals. One of the factors that influence the achievement of employee performance is to improve the quality of work life and work discipline. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the quality of work life was not good, then work discipline was not good and employee performance was not good. The quality of work life affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance. While the quality of work life and work discipline affect employee performance.

This discussion is interesting because Tunisia is a secular country but when the 2011 election in Tunisia was won by the Islamic party of Al-Nahdah leading by Rachid Ghannouchi. In addition, the research on the role of Rachid Ghannouchi in democratization in Tunisia after the Ben Ali regime in detail is still limited. This study uses leadership theory. Leadership theory focuses on concepts based on experience which means that leadership can be found in a person from many practices or exercises. The concept of leadership is a fundamental component in analyzing processes and dynamics within the organization. This research provides an illustration of how Rachid Ghannouchi's role and efforts in democratization in Tunisia after the Arab Spring especially after the fall of the Ben Ali regime include the Cross-Party Partnership & Coalition-Building. Pork can be found by analyzing the fat. Meat contains fat whose biochemical profile differs between animal species. Based on this principle, we could determine authenticity of given meat by comparing its fat profile. This study aims to develop a thin layer chromatography (TLC) technique to detect pork and determine the chromatographic difference of beef and pork fat. The study revealed that TLC method can be performed to detect pork. TLC was carried out using the hexane-chloroform-methanol (7: 2.5: 1, volume ratio) solvent system. Using this method there were differences in the number of spots and the Rf value between beef and pork fat. Overall, TLC is a method that has the potential to be used as an inexpensive and simple tool for the detection of pork.

Disengagement has a strategic role as an effort to change the radicalism level for terrorist acto... more Disengagement has a strategic role as an effort to change the radicalism level for terrorist actors who have been exposed to radical thinking so they willing to leave the violence group. To reduce the radicalism level, effective counter-narrative delivery strategies is needed to influence the terrorist offender's mindset. One of the narrators that could be considered is former terrorists. Former terrorists give a positive influence in accordance with their experience in undermining the narrative carried by the radical groups. The offenders will assume that the ideology they believe is no longer relevant. This study is expected to contribute to the development of counter-narrative delivery strategies trough former terrorist involvement so that disengagement effort can be maximized. In this study, the author will use a qualitative method to understand a phenomenon in more personal and detail way. The result of this study observes with the right engagement strategy, the former terrorist can be an effective agent to change the perception through the mastery of the narrative it possesses. The former terrorist cannot be considered an outsider in the disengagement program, but they need to be more actively involved because they could act as credible narrator.

Experimental design with post-test only control group design was used in this study. Participants involved in the study were 60 psychology students in the first semester by using random sampling. Participants grouped into an experimental group and a control group, each consisting of 30 participants. The instrument used was a false memory question comprising of 30 questions been validated by expert judgment at the trial stage. The instrument validation was carried out qualitatively by three lecturers with psychological and measurement backgrounds. Validation results show that there are language and content improvements in the instruments used, and then the authors correct them so that all experts agree that the instrument is suitable for use.
