The control and a driving circuits are implemented to assistive the knee as for the requirement of knee joint dynamics.

Each translator has ideas, comments and statements to translate the verses from which he has obtained (Tafseer). Therefore, this paper tries to cluster the translation of the Tafseer using text clustering. Shrinkage cracks due to losing the moisture, or due to self-desiccation is a leading in reducing durability. Cellulose Nano-Fibrils (CNF) is a natural material. It is produced by isolating from a cellulosic material. CNF show high tensile strength, low density, low cost. Furthermore, CNF has the ability to absorb the water. These properties give CNF potential to improve the properties and solve the problems of the conventional cement paste, for instance, shrinkage. Different (CNF) ratios were added, to evaluate the effects of CNF on drying shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage of cement paste. Two cement paste prisms were cast and tested in accordance with ASTM C157 for each batch, with some modifications of the at curing method. The work of this study was organized into two phases. Phase one focused on free shrinkage while phase two focused on autogenous shrinkage. In phase one, thirty-two batches were prepared. These batches were divided into four groups with water to cement ratio 35%, 40%, 45% and 50 %. Each group was further divided into CNF fraction of 0%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, and 3%. Two cement paste prisms were cast and tested in accordance with ASTM C157 for each batch, with some modifying at curing method In Phase two, four batches were prepared in the Concrete laboratory. Water to cement ratio was 30% for all the batches. Four different CNF ratios were used to assess the effect of the CNF on the autogenous shrinkage, the ratios of the CNF were 0 as the reference, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.5%. Two sealed specimens were cast and were tested in according to of ASTM C157 for each batch. The flow table test was tested for all the batches in these phases. The results of the free shrinkage (phase one) test for each batch were collected up to 90 days. When the w/c % were 40%, 45%, and 50%, the results of these groups at age 28 days showed that, the addition of the CNF with different ratios that led to increasing the free shrinkage, with the exception that at law W/C ratio and law CNF dosage, shrinkage was reduced. The results for phase two showed that CNF had little or no effect on autogenous shrinkage. However, it must be noted that extra water not considered in this study and early age effects not considered in this analysis

This paper presents a Dynamic RB (Resource Blocks) Allocation (DRBA) in LTE (Long-Term Evolution)... more This paper presents a Dynamic RB (Resource Blocks) Allocation (DRBA) in LTE (Long-Term Evolution) networks by utilizing Automatic Repeated Request (ARQ). From the ARQ status report, an Evolved-Node Base Station (eNodeB) computes the successfully received packets per unit time for each User Equipment (UE). Thus, an eNB can adequately allocate Resource Blocks (RB) for a UE. In DRBA, we consider three different traffic types (audio, video, and data) with the priority from the highest to the lowest. To prevent the starvation of data traffic, we set an upper bound of RBs for audio and video traffic. To demonstrate the superiority of DRBA, we perform NS-3 simulation. Simulation results show that DRBA can perform much better than the traditional Automatic Modulation and Coding (AMC) scheme. In particular, when a UE is in high interference/noise environment, DRBA can achieve higher utilization, lower blocking rate, and admit more successfully connected UE.

Purpose: To evaluate the effects of post length, post material, and substance loss on the fractur... more Purpose: To evaluate the effects of post length, post material, and substance loss on the fracture resistance of endodontically treated mandibular premolars. Materials and Methods: A total of 96 extracted human mandibular first premolars were endodontically treated and divided into 12 test groups (n = 8 each) based on the number of residual walls (one/two), post material (glass-fiber/titanium), and post length (5 mm, 7.5 mm, and 10 mm). After luting the posts, specimens received a composite resin core and a crown preparation with a 1.5-mm ferrule. Cast cobalt-chromium crowns were cemented using glass-ionomer cement. After 1,200,000 chewing cycles with a load of 49 N and simultaneous thermocycling (5°C to 55°C), specimens were quasi-statically loaded at 30 degrees to the longitudinal axis of the tooth until fracture. Fracture loads were analyzed using three-way, two-way, and one-way analysis of variance (α = .05). Fracture modes were examined under a stereomicroscope (×25) and recorded. Results: Fracture loads ranged from 642 ± 190 N (one wall, glass fiber, 5 mm) to 1,170 ± 130 (two walls, titanium, 7.5 mm). The mean fracture load of titanium posts was significantly higher than that of glass-fiber posts (P < .001), and the 7.5-mm post length exhibited significantly higher fracture loads than groups with 5-mm and 10-mm post length (P = .008). Conclusion: Teeth restored with titanium posts revealed considerably higher fracture resistance than teeth restored with glass-fiber posts, especially if 7.5-mm-length posts were used.

The aim of present work is to study the erosion -corrosion behavior of aluminum metal composite w... more The aim of present work is to study the erosion -corrosion behavior of aluminum metal composite which consists of the (Al -12wt % Si) alloy as matrix phase and 10wt% SiC particles as reinforcing phase. Composite material was prepared by stir casting using vortex technique. A general corrosion and erosion-corrosion for the base alloy and the prepared composite were carried out in 3.5wt% NaCl solution as corrosive medium for general corrosion while in erosion-corrosion ,with varying impact angles (0° ,30° ,45° and 90°) in slurry solution ( 1wt%SiO 2 sand in 3.5wt% NaCl solution as the erodent). It was found that the general corrosion rate for composite specimen is lower than that of the base alloy (Al-12%Si). In case of erosion-corrosion results, it was found that the weight loss rate or corrosion rate in (gmd) unit at impact angle (0°) is lower than that of other impact angles for the base alloy and composite material.

Text clustering is used to distinguish between documents that have the same themes or topics. The absence of the datasets ground truth enforces the use of clustering (unsupervised learning) rather than others, such as classification (supervised learning). The "no free lunch" (NFL) theorem supposed that no algorithm outperformed the other in a variety of conditions (several datasets). This study aims to analyze the k-means cluster algorithm variations (three algorithms (k-means, mini-batch k-means, and k-medoids) at the clustering process stage. Six datasets were used/analyzed in chapter Al-Baqarah English translation (text) of 286 verses at the preprocessing stage. Moreover, feature selection used the term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) to get the weighting term. At the final stage, five internal cluster validations metrics were implemented silhouette coefficient (SC), Calinski-Harabasz index (CHI), C-index (CI), Dunn's indices (DI) and Davies Bouldin index (DBI) and regarding execution time (ET). The experiments proved that k-medoids outperformed the other two algorithms in terms of ET only. In contrast, no algorithm is superior to the other in terms of the clustering process for the six datasets, which confirms the NFL theorem assumption.

Introduction: Continuing medical education (CME) is the process through which health professional... more Introduction: Continuing medical education (CME) is the process through which health professionals engage in activities designed to support their continuing professional development. It is a requirement for physician relicensing, and recredentialing. Existing literature shows that CME improves physician performance as well as patient health outcomes. It is incumbent to study the experiences and attitudes of physicians towards CME activities in view of the impact of CME on the professional development. Purpose: To describe experiences and perceptions of CME activities among primary care physicians in Bahrain. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study that included all registered primary health care physicians in the ministry of health in Bahrain. Data was collected using self-administered online survey distributed to 350 primary care physicians in Bahrain. The five-point Likert scale questionnaire is composed of five sections: sociodemographic data, participant`s experiences with CME, Reasons for attending CME activities, barriers to attending CME activities and benefits of CME in relation to different delivery methods. Results: Total responses were 210 (60% response rate). The mean age of respondents was 40.8(SD 8.9) and the majority (84.4%) were female. Most of the CMEs were in the form of lectures (88.6%), interdepartmental activities (80.5%) and conferences (78.1%). Driving forces for CME were for credentialing /licensing (92.9%), develop clinical competencies (92.9%), improve clinical services/programs (95.2%) and to introduce new technology/techniques (88.6%). Regarding barriers encountered, financial support was the most encountered (mean 4.11 (SD 0.92)), followed by lack of time (mean 4.05 (SD 1.07)). Conclusion: Despite the barriers encountered, Bahraini physicians had a positive experience and attitude toward undertaking CME. There is a need for financial support and protected time to attend CME activities as well as further studies to explore how best these challenges could be managed and solved.

Experts usually perform this detection process manually, but there is interest in automating it to speed up the diagnosis and monitoring of this disease. A variety of automatic image segmentation methods have been proposed to quickly detect these lesions. A Gaussian Mixture Model is first constructed to identify outliers in each image. Then, using a set of rules based on expert knowledge of multiple sclerosis lesions, those outliers of the model that do not match the lesions' characteristics are discarded. Furthermore, segmented lesions usually correspond to gray matter-rich brain regions. In some cases, false positives can be detected, but the rules used cannot eliminate all errors without jeopardizing the segmentation’s quality.
