Kendala yang ditemukan pada toko Berkat Bangunan yaitu proses pengambilan besi dilakukan oleh 2 orang, hal tersebut dikarenakan toko Berkat Bangunan memliki supplier dari luar kota. Selain tenaga kerja yang terbilang minim, tranportasi kapal laut yang dipakai untuk menggangkut besi pun menjadi permasalahan dalam pengiriman besi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Simpleks. Tujuan dari penggunaan metode simpleks adalah untuk membantu penjual besi pada toko Berkat Bangunan dalam pengambilan keputusan, mempermudah menentukan dan menghitung keuntungan maksimal hasil penjualan besi dalam jangka waktu satu minggu secara akurat. Untuk mempermudah proses perhitungan dan memperoleh hasil yang lebih maksimal, maka proses perhitungan dibantu dengan menggunakan software POM-QM for Windows. Hasilnya adalah Toko Besi Berkat Bangunan memperoleh keuntungan maksimal sebesar Rp.284.642.800,-per minggu.

Platform seperti Wix Builder memudahkan pembangunan dan pengelolaan toko online tanpa keterampilan pemrograman yang rumit. Dengan fitur-fitur intuitif dan responsif, termasuk integrasi pembayaran yang aman dan analitika kinerja, Wix Builder memberikan solusi efektif bagi pedagang buah-buahan dalam memasuki pasar e-commerce. Pedagang dapat menampilkan produk, memberikan informasi harga dan kualitas, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen dengan fitur personalisasi dan promosi. Toko Buah Safar, misalnya, menghadapi berbagai masalah, termasuk keterbatasan jangkauan, visibilitas, waktu operasional, dan hubungan pelanggan yang kurang efisien. Namun, dengan adopsi e-commerce melalui Wix Builder, toko buah dapat mengatasi masalah ini dengan memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan visibilitas, memperpanjang jam operasional, dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan. Alur penelitian dari requirements, design and build, testing, evaluation, hingga implementation. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah e-commerce berisi Menu Beranda, Belanja, Tentang, Kontak, terdapat pula fitur Cart, fitur Pencarian, serta fitur Chat. Hal ini memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk kesuksesan implementasi e-commerce, yang diuji menggunakan metode Blackbox sebelum diluncurkan.

Kalasuat, Sorong City, West Papua. Noken made from Balam bark. This business experienced ups and downs in its journey, this was due to the lack of manpower, Balam wood raw materials and also the Covid-19 pandemic storm. One of the factors that makes it increasingly difficult to find skilled workers in the manufacture of Noken and Balam wood raw materials because Sorong City is starting to experience a shift towards modernization, so there is a lot of development that makes it difficult to get Balam wood. For this reason, the Community Service (PkM) team at Victory Sorong University offers an educational program, namely providing training on optimizing resources for making noken using the Linear Program (PL) and POM-QM software for windows version 5.3. This PkM activity has been successfully implemented, this can be clearly seen by the high enthusiasm of the participants, the increased level of understanding of partners, and a positive impact on all stakeholders involved. The success of this PkM activity is a motivation for the team to continue to do the same thing and even improve the performance of the PkM team.

The Covid-19 pandemic is still hitting until now, this has caused unrest among the public, especi... more The Covid-19 pandemic is still hitting until now, this has caused unrest among the public, especially for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Many SME players have also felt the impact of this situation, one of which is Mrs. Marthina, whose address is at Moyo kilometer 13, Sorong City, West Papua Province. The problem faced by Mrs. Martina is optimizing the existing resources so that she gets a profit in the midst of the pandemic situation so that her business can continue to operate. In such a situation, steps are needed to increase profits. These steps must use a technique or method so that they have estimates in a more accurate calculation. One method that can be used is the Simplex method, for that the Community Service (PkM) team at Victory Sorong University offers a resource optimization training program by utilizing the simplex method and IT in the form of POM-QM software for windows version 5.3. The main objective of this PKM program is to share knowledge to help SMEs to innovate and maintain business activities.

Hawaii Bakery sells culinary products that are much loved by people in the archipelago region of ... more Hawaii Bakery sells culinary products that are much loved by people in the archipelago region of Papua, Indonesia. The product is rolled shredded bread, which is the mainstay product of Hawaii Bakery. The current situation and conditions experienced by Hawaii Bakery are deemed necessary for adjustment, given that the main problem faced is maximizing profits with limited shipping costs and selling prices that must be adjusted. This provides an opportunity for the Sorong University of Victory Community Service (PkM) team to conduct a PkM program in the form of training using the POM-QM software for Windows. This training is to share knowledge and also help Hawaii Bakery to innovate and maintain business activities. The main thing is how Hawaii Bakery can maximize profit. After evaluating all the steps for implementing the Community Service Program, an average value of 95% is obtained for the increase in partner understanding. The 95% figure shows that the PkM implementation carried out by the Victory University Sorong University PkM team was very successful. This is a motivation for the team to continue to do the same thing and even improve the performance of the PkM team in the future.

Persaingan dalam dunia usaha sekarang semakin pesat, ditambah dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 memb... more Persaingan dalam dunia usaha sekarang semakin pesat, ditambah dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 membuat banyak usaha berskala kecil yang mengalami kerugian hingga menutup usaha. Salah satunya yaitu Usaha milik Bapak Wartono yang juga mengalami hal yang sama ditambah dengan masalah terkait menentukan jumlah produksi pejualan yang optimum, sehingga menghasilkan keuntungan penjualan yang maksimum. Masalah ini dapat diselesaikan menggunakan metode simpleks yang merupakan salah satu bagian dari Program Linier serta memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yaitu software POM-QM for Windows V5. Tujuan dari penggunaan PL, khususnya metode simpleks adalah untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan keuntungan yang optimal dari jumlah produksi penjualan.

Es Teler and Es Pisang Ijo are Indonesian food products in the form of ice snacks which are widel... more Es Teler and Es Pisang Ijo are Indonesian food products in the form of ice snacks which are widely consumed by the public. These snacks are usually sold on the roadside. Mr. Leman, is one of the smallscale business actors who sell Es Teler and Es Pisang Ijo in Sorong City, Southwest Papua, to make ends meet. The problem faced by Mr. Leman in selling Es products is how to determine the optimal amount of Es Teler and Es Pisang Ijo sales production, so that maximum sales profits are obtained. This problem can be solved using the Simplex Method which is a part of Linear Programming (PL) and utilizing Information Technology, namely the POM-QM for Windows software to make the calculation process efficient. The method used in data collection is by interview and observation. The results of the analysis show that manual calculations using the simplex method and PL applications using the POM-QM for Windows software in optimizing sales obtain the same maximum profit, IDR 566,667 per day's production.

This makes the community uneasy, especially for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Many SMEs have been forced to close their business activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Various things have been attempted by relevant stakeholders so that SMEs continue to operate and develop despite being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. This condition forces SMEs to adapt. Mr. Saleh Safar is one of the UKM players who trades at Remu Market, Sorong City, Southwest Papua Province. His merchandise is in the form of food, namely patatas. UKM owned by Mr. Saleh Safar has been operating since 1998 until now. During the pandemic there was a decrease in purchasing power which caused Mr. Saleh Safar to not know exactly how much optimal profit he would get from selling patatas. Seeing a situation like this, steps are needed to optimize sales. For this reason, the Community Service Team (PkM) at Victory Sorong University offers a POM-QM Application Application Training program for Optimizing Petatas Sales Results with the following stages of identifying problems, selecting problem-solving models, collecting data, processing data, implementing models, and evaluating results. Salah satunya pertanian khusus menghasilkan produksi lemon cina dan daun jeruk purut yang dikelola oleh petani Mama Mia beralamat di kilometer 22. Petani Mama Mia sering mengalami kendala penurunan harga jual hasil pertanian yang terjadi pada bulan Februari hingga Juni. Agar pada bulan tersebut tetap mendapatkan keuntungan yang optimal maka perlu dilakukan optimasi hasil produksi, hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi (TI). Salah satu software yang dapat digunakan adalah POM-QM for Windows. Dalam software ini terdapat modul Pemrograman Linier (PL) dan juga metode simpleks. Software POM-QM for Windows mampu menganalisis keuntungan optimum dari setiap kali produsi selama 5 bulan. Melihat kendala yang terjadi, maka tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Universitas Victory Sorong melakukan pelatihan serta pendampingan yang berkesinambungan. Pelatihan serta pendampingan ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kesadaran para petani. Kegiatan PkM ini juga memberikan dampak yang besar, karena selain melatih penggunaan software dapat juga mengoptimalkan hasil produksi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah sharing knowledge and care terhadap sesama dengan maksud mengoptimasi hasil produksi dan menjadikan petani lebih inovatif. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah tingkat pemahaman mitra yang meningkat pesat. Pemahaman mitra terkait menganalisis masalah meningkat menjadi 97%, pemahaman menggunakan metode simpleks meningkat menjadi 96%, pemahaman menggunakan software POM-QM juga meningkat menjadi 98% serta pemahaman terkait pemanfaatan TI meningkat menjadi 99%. This school continues to strive to improve infrastructure, one of which is by utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The dissemination of information carried out by the school so far is still done manually in the form of word of mouth, as well as writing such as posting announcements on school notice boards, brochures, and placing banners. This was considered ineffective because the information conveyed was not spread evenly so that information about the school was only known by the surrounding community who heard the information, or only known by the students. Therefore, schools need to use the website to disseminate school information. From the existing situation, the Victory University PkM team conducted training so that school operators could work more optimally, especially in terms of operating the school website. Training and outreach are not only carried out for school operators but also for other stakeholders such as students and parents who will use the website to access school information. As well as explaining and motivating teachers of SD Inpres 141 Matalamagi, Sorong City, to continue to use ICT, especially websites in school operational activities. As a result, information dissemination increased from 68% to 91% after using the website.

This can be solved by implementing the Depth First Search (DFS) algorithm into an application. The DFS search technique functions as a solution seeker so that all paths contained in the graph can be traversed once and specifically for the Euler circuit will end at the point of departure. This research resulted in an application to find a solution for graphing Euler circuits and paths and to be able to quickly and effectively simulate the completion steps that have been processed using the DFS algorithm.

This problem can be solved by utilizing ICT, which is to create a payroll information system according to class or position and the deductions evenly. The method used to design this payroll information system is the waterfall method, with Unified Modeling Language (UML), Macromedia Dreamweaver CS 6 for interface design and XAMPP for database design. Di tengah persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat dan sulit, apalagi diterpa oleh kondisi pandemi saat ini, menimbulkan permasalahan dalam menentukan jumlah produksi selama sebulan guna memaksimalkan keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut menggunakan Program Linier, agar lebih efektif dan efisien digunakan Teknologi Informasi berupa software POM-QM. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan untuk analisis datanya menggunakan metode simpleks serta software POM-QM. Hasilnya, pabrik Dani Bakery mendapatkan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 200.000.000 per produksi roti setiap bulannya, yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan.
