Amidst significant national challenges, fostering a skilled workforce in emerging technologies presents a viable and potent pathway toward a sustainable future. This paper synthesizes data from academic reports, governmental strategies, and existing educational initiatives to outline the multifaceted benefits of such an institution. The objectives are to demonstrate how an AI school can drive economic empowerment through job creation, fuel innovation and entrepreneurship, address pressing community needs through targeted AI applications, enhance educational accessibility, and cultivate a future-ready generation. The results indicate that focused AI education aligns with Lebanon's national technology strategies and addresses the growing demand for AI skills in the local and global job markets. The conclusion posits that the establishment of an AI school is not merely an educational goal but a strategic imperative for the holistic development of the Beirut community and the nation at large, requiring collaborative efforts from public, private, and academic sectors.
