Nested structures are put in conditional expressions of the queries in two forms: nested sub-queries or path expression containing hidden joinsnested predicates in WHERE clauses. For nested queries, when analyzing the estimated cost of the nested algebraic expression, the expression evaluation result gives out an ineffective cost. Therefore, our method proposed in this paper will resolve the problems by leveling nested sub-queries in the nested queries. This method will increase the effectiveness of the query processing cost-We use object connection hypergraphs to present nested queries.

However, in many practical problems, weights at a vertex are not the same for all paths passing this vertex, but depend on coming and leaving edges. The paper develops a model of extended network that can be applied to modelling many practical problems more exactly and effectively. The main contribution of this paper is sink toward source algorithm finding maximal flows on extended mixed networks.

Furthermore, when sequential algorithms are applied to divide flow, aproblem arises as there are a great number of roadsand a growing number of the new routes built that leads to a huge number of variables (up to thousands of variables) on extended traffic network. So to process faster as well as take advantage of multicore architecture, to process data with large scalewith good results that requires the construction ofparallel algorithm [6,7,8,9,10,11,12]. In this paper we build parallel algorithm to divide optimal linear flow on extended traffic network. The results in this paper are basically systematized and proven.

Dữ liệu hình ảnh đang gia tăng nhanh chóng trong các hệ thống đa phương tiện gây khó khăn trong v... more Dữ liệu hình ảnh đang gia tăng nhanh chóng trong các hệ thống đa phương tiện gây khó khăn trong việc tìm kiếm thông tin hình ảnh. Trong bài báo này, chúng tôi xây dựng mô hình truy vấn ảnh theo ngữ nghĩa nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả tìm kiếm ảnh tương tự. Để thực hiện mô hình này, chúng tôi sử dụng phương pháp K-means nhằm phân cụm đặc trưng thị giác của hình ảnh, đề xuất khoảng cách độ đo tương tự theo ngữ nghĩa giữa hai hình ảnh dự a trên đặc trưng thị giác cấp thấp, tạo ra véctơ từ thị giác cho hình ảnh, xây dựng cấu trúc cây phân cụm C-tree nhằm lưu trữ và nâng cao hiệu quả tìm kiếm hình ảnh tương tự; từ đó, chúng tôi trích xuất ngữ nghĩa của các hình ảnh tương tự dựa trên véctơ từ thị giác đã được tạo ra. Nhằm minh chứng tính hiệu quả của các đề xuất, chúng tôi xây dựng ứng dụng và đánh giá kết quả thực nghiệm trên bộ dữ liệu ảnh ImageCLEF gồm 20,000 hình ảnh.

Chuyển mạch chùm quang (OBS) là công nghệ truyền thông đường trục cho mạng Internet thế hệ mới, m... more Chuyển mạch chùm quang (OBS) là công nghệ truyền thông đường trục cho mạng Internet thế hệ mới, mà trên đó các luồng TCP được truyền với tốc độ cao. Tuy nhiên, do tác động của việc thu hẹp cửa sổ TCP khi có mất mát dữ liệu xảy ra, thể hiện dưới dạng độ trễ phản hồi lớn, lượng dữ liệu được truyền vào mạng OBS sẽ bị hạn chế mà điều này làm giảm hiệu quả sử dụng băng thông của các đường trục quang OBS. Đã có một số mô hình điều khiển được đề xuất ở tầng mạng OBS sao cho cửa sổ TCP ít bị thu hẹp, nhằm tăng hiệu quả sử dụng băng thông của các sợi quang. Bài báo này sẽ trình bày một hướng tiếp cập điều khiển truyền lại sao cho hạn chế việc thu hẹp cửa sổ TCP. Các kết quả phân tích và mô phỏng sẽ chỉ ra rằng giải pháp điều khiển truyền lại được đề xuất đã cải tiến đáng kể thông lượng được truyền vào mạng lõi và do đó nâng cao được hiệu quả sử dụng băng thông mạng OBS. In this paper,we propose a method that combines K-Means clustering technique and k-NN (k-Nearest Neighbor) classification to output the semantic classification of an input query image. On the basis of image classification, SPARQL queries are created and executed on a semi-automated ontology; The result of this query is an image set that is similar to the input image and the semantics of the subclasses for the same image set. To perform this problem, the K-Means clustering method is applied and used as input to the k-NN classification algorithm to extract the semantics of the query image. Previous studies of this approach showed that fuzzy model is automatically trained based on input data sets, leading to major limitations such as large rule size, lack of specificity, coverage. In this article, the authors have supposed and experimented some solutions to reduce and optimize the extracted TSK fuzzy rule set but still ensure the predictive performance of the model.

A Semantic-Based Image Retrieval System Using a Hybrid Method K-Means and K-Nearest-Neighbor

Semantic-based image retrieval is one of the important problems for the multimedia system and has... more Semantic-based image retrieval is one of the important problems for the multimedia system and has garnered great interest in recent years. This paper proposes an improved method to build a self-balanced clustering tree, called iC-Tree. We build the Semantic-Based Image Retrieval (SBIR) based on iC-Tree named SBIR iCT. We propose a hydrid method, which is a combination of K-mean, K-Nearest-Neighbor (KNN) to build iC-Tree, to improve the classification performance of this tree. The system uses images that are segmented into different regions and extracted visual features of each region. Semantic concepts are analyzed from those features based on the proposed C-Tree.
