Previous versions of the server required human interpretation of the results; the server is now fully automatized. firestar has been implemented as a web service and can now be run in high-throughput mode. Prediction coverage has been greatly improved with the extension of the FireDB database and the addition of alignments generated by HHsearch. Ligands in FireDB are now classified for biological relevance. Many of the changes have been motivated by the critical assessment of techniques for protein structure prediction (CASP) ligand-binding prediction experiment, which provided us with a framework to test the performance of firestar. To maximize the use of this new computing platform, it is necessary to develop new and improved structures for knowledge and information representing, in order support the implementation of new intelligent searcher and recommendation systems. Thus, recommendations and search results will be fully based on contextual information and user profiles. This paper describes an architecture based on a multi-dimensional ontology model to represent mobile user contexts, Web services and application domains. A mobile application is also presented to show the benefits of this approach in a mobile computing environment. Keywords-mobile computing; ontologies; semantic Web services; context-aware systems.

The adobe is used for its thermal conductivity to improve the internal temperature of a home; However, in cold climates their behavior is not very efficient. In this sense, the phase change material (PCM) can be used as an alternative because it is capable of storing latent heat and increasing the thermal mass of a building. In the present work, 06 insulation systems for walls, ceilings and floors of an adobe house are analyzed thermal insulation system is proposed, and a prototype is made with some components in 3D printing; the results indicate that the systems Trombe-PCM wall, translucent concrete block wall-PCM, false ceiling-PCM, concrete ceiling-PCM, alveolar floor-CM and plasterboard floor-PCM are adequate; with the proposed insulation system, an improvement of 42.71% of the internal thermal comfort is achieved when compared to adobe house without PCM; and an increase of 320.38% with respect to the Imata temperature, while the Trombe-PCM wall system prototype allows to make corrections in the design for its implementation on a real scale.

Solar thermal desorption is an innovative treatment that uses solar energy to increase the volatility of contaminants, which are removed from a solid matrix by a controlled air flow system. Samples of soils and mine wastes used in the experiments were collected in the abandoned Valle del Azogue mine (SE, Spain), where a complex ore, composed mainly of cinnabar, arsenic minerals (realgar and orpiment) and stibnite, was mined. The results showed that thermal treatment at temperatures >400 °C successfully lowered the Hg content (2070-116 ppm) to <15 mg kg −1. The lowest values of mercury in treated samples were obtained at a higher temperature and exposition time. The samples that showed a high removal efficiency (>99%) were associated with the presence of significant contents of cinnabar and an equivalent diameter above 0.8 mm.
