Water sanitation and hygiene are essential to human health and survival, as well as the development of the community. This research is a cross sectional study descriptive survey researches that assess the impact of good sanitation and hygiene in prevention of water Born Disease in Babanna town of Borgu Local Government of Niger state Nigeria.Virtually if no hygiene and sanitation, risk exposure of diseases is progressively increase which indicate the hygiene (both the personal and environmental) are among the famous basic point of being healthy. Result shows that borehole (25%) and the tap (60%) is main source of water for consumption and domestic uses only few of 10% were using the well and 5% are using river. That indicates portable and semi - portable water is most consume in the study area and few (the vulnerable) are the risk of exposure of disease, because analytically things like dust, excreta, sewage disposal might have direct contact with the venerable group source of water such as well (unprotected) and predominantly river as the medium of Water -Born - Diseases.
