This study analyzes the influence of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) and mot... more This study analyzes the influence of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) and motivation on employee performance at the East Jakarta District Court using a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that SIMPEG helps administrative efficiency and data access, while motivation plays a role in improving discipline and productivity. The combination of both contributes positively to employee performance. SIMPEG training and motivation improvement strategies are recommended to support sustainable performance.
