Estimating the size of software comes under the software measurement where software measurement is quantifiable dimension, attribute or amount of any aspect of a software program, product, and process. In analysis phase, we have to go through the requirement engineering where we must have SRS which gives reliability of project, function points calculation as any requirement after requirement analysis can cause to over run the schedule & cost of the project. After defining the problem definition, āanalyzing existing requirement situationā become must for not having adverse effect on the cost estimation. We cannot build quality software without measurement. Measurement is essential activity in the analysis phase, which takes us to the objectives of prediction, progress & process improvement. We are concerned only about the requirement engineering where output of SRS is productivity and itās weighted cost drivers or factors, which are essential for effort estimation. The PM of Effort & Software Size is the measures for the cost estimation of software as both the management measures are related to productivity [5]. In this paper, we do relate analysis of requirement, cost estimation & management measures in analysis phase of software development & itās effect in the area of estimating effort & cost of software & management.

Agriculture is considered as a backbone of economy and source of employment in the developing countries like India. Agriculture contributes 15.4% in the GDP of India. Agriculture activities are broadly categorized into three major areas: pre-harvesting, harvesting and post harvesting. Advancement in area of machine learning has helped improving gains in agriculture. Machine learning is the current technology which is benefiting farmers to minimize the losses in the farming by providing rich recommendations and insights about the crops. This paper presents an extensive survey of latest machine learning application in agriculture to alleviate the problems in the three areas of pre-harvesting, harvesting and post-harvesting. At last, this paper imparts PSO and research situation with SPSM.
