In terms of the specific location and the unfavourable demographics tourism development faces difficulties in this heterogeneous area. The aim of the research is to identify the needs of prospective travellers and decision makers toward future developments in tourism in the indicated region. The paper summarizes the results of a survey, identifying the opinions of organizational and consumer market stakeholders, their similarities and differences in terms of expectations for tourism developments. This study covers the types of tourism and product elements that can potentially be developed sustainably.

Customer trust embodies customer beliefs of actually receiving a promised service and manifestati... more Customer trust embodies customer beliefs of actually receiving a promised service and manifestations of consumer’s confidences in an exchange parties reliability and integrity. The study is based on the fact as to how trusts criteria affect online purchase especially in regard to booking and buying the accommodations and also that accommodation providers assume that are very essential for consumers to make the online purchase. In total 150 consumers and 80 hotels owners/operators in India were examined. There are enormous discrepancies between consumers and accommodation providers were searched. Like formal guarantee of providers, security concern, refund of price paid delivery time and information about confirmation and they will switch from one brand to other due to promise breakage, less service quality, high price charged. A borturizmus az elmult evekben egy komplex szolgaltatassa nőtte ki magat, mely szuksegesse tette... more A borturizmus az elmult evekben egy komplex szolgaltatassa nőtte ki magat, mely szuksegesse tette, hogy a minőseg biztositasra egy magas minőseget szavatolo akkreditacios szempontrendszer jojjon letre. Jellegenel fogva ennek a kozeppontjaban termeszetesen a bor, borvidek es ezek kulonboző megjelenesi formai allnak. Tanulmanyomban a Franken borvideken alkalmazott minősegbiztositasi akkreditacio vizsgalatanak eredmenyeit mutatom be. 25 borturizmus uzemet 5 akkreditacios szempont alapjan vizsgaltam meg. Kutatasom alapjan megallapithato, hogy a vizsgalt uzemek nagy tobbsege (83,6%) teljesiti az akkreditacios szempontrendszer kovetelmenyeit. Azok az uzemek, melyek komoly hianyossagokat mutatnak, lemorzsolodnak es kikerulnek az akkreditacio hatalya alol. The Indonesian government is currently boosting its tourism by using the success of the island of... more The Indonesian government is currently boosting its tourism by using the success of the island of Bali as a model, the project is called Ten New Balis. This article examines previous studies and statistical data to presents a deep analysis of macro-environmental factors of tourism in Indonesia related to Bali as a development model. The study is based on Scopus articles associated with Indonesia and Bali tourism development articles and statistical data collected from the statistics bureau's Indonesian office, BPS-Statistics. The thematic framework analysis and descriptive analysis describe complementary insight of tourism planning and development issues. Proposed future tourism development planning could be seen clearer by using mixed-method analysis. Extending different research articles databases will give a good result comparison.
