An index of authors and titles of anonymous works is added. The numbers in the index refer to the consecutive numbering of the catalogue. The transcription of the catalogue preserves compositorial errors, which are corrected in the descriptions. I am grateful to Frank van Lamoen and Frank Mertens for their help in resolving some of the more abstruse titles; my thanks to Frank Mertens especially for meticulously double-checking the catalogue and offering some substantial corrections.

So far, more than 70 copies have been found worldwide, in libraries and in private collections. Contemporary annotations provide additional biographical information on Koerbagh’s arrest and imprisonment. The reception of Bloemhof in Dutch and—mainly—German bibliographies is also discussed in the article. An appendix with surviving copies has been added.
